Two full bathrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Family room has a full size leather sofa pull-out as an added bonus plus matching leather love seat and recliner. This smoke free home is equipped with high speed wireless internet, telephone (free domestic long-distance calls), premium cable channels and two HD TV's, Security System.
The outside includes a refinished gunite pool with a large lanai to accommodate your guests. Brand new Weber gas grill, 3 ceiling fans, serving window from kitchen to outdoor bar and lots of fun in the sun! Relax in the nice patio furniture both in the sun and also under cover.
This meticulously maintained home is located on the waterway with direct Gulf access - no bridges. Private boat dock for your boat and fishing. Fishing poles are provided.
Royal Harbor is conveniently located right around the corner from 5th Avenue shops/restaurants and other amenities. We are less than two miles to the pristine Naples beach. Feel free to walk or ride on one of the provided bicycles!

The listing was very accurate and the photos were spot on. We enjoyed our stay and we will be staying there again for our future trips to Naples. We highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful time! It was everything we were looking for in a vaction house. We stayed for one week and enjoyed every minute. The location is perfect; close to tin city, downtown 5th ave naples, beaches, shopping, and dinning. We really enjoyed the pool, patio and lagoon. The house was clean and well maintianed. We are very pleased with our stay and would definetly rent this house again.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We traveled to Naples over the Memorial Day weekend and were very pleased with our stay. Your home is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. It's perfect for couples and/or families. I don't think the pictures listed do this home justice, you must see it in person. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking to nearby Fifth Avenue, a day at the beach and some very wonderful dining experiences (thanks for your recommendations). The Farmers Market in downtown Naples was a fun way to spend our Friday morning and gather up some fresh veggies and fruit for our weekend. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We so enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect and so very comfortable. The Villa location is brilliant with its views over the canal. Spent many a peaceful afternoon by the pool enjoying the view and birds who frequently visited the fruit trees in the garden, and listening to the fish jumping. Have previously rented a villa in The Moorings, but much prefer the view and openess of this holiday home, pool and garden. The facilities offered absolutely everything we could have possibly wanted and in as new condition. We shall have no hesitation in returning to this Villa as and when we return to NaplesRecommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My husband John and I live in Cincinnati, OH, and just purchased this house in mid-July, 2009, as a second home. We have 3 teenage children who will also enjoy visiting during school breaks. Our favorite things to do when visiting Naples include shopping, dining, fishing and going to the beach!
Why the Owner Chose Royal Harbor:
We bought the house primarily for personal use, with occasional rental. The house is walking distance to 5th Avenue's shopping and entertainment district. The house has been completely renovated inside/out. We are less than 5 minutes to the beach. Who can ask for more?
