I bought this condo because of the amazing view of the beach. We have a wrap around porch and it is a corner condo that looks as far as east can go and to the west also. These corner units have the very best views of the beach. I just had a professional Interior Designer to completely remodel our condo. Everything is new and our place has everything you would want in a luxury condo. Our three bedroom condo has million dollar coastal views with snow white powdered sand that enhances the blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. Just leave your prints in the sand when you leave! The condo is comprised of three bedrooms, two full baths, and an amazing kitchen, den, and wrap around patio. This condo offers all the amenities and comforts of home. The picture perfect views from the deck are absolutely spectacular. Many people say that we have the whitest sand and the prettiest water they have ever seen. You may want to spend hours marveling at the ever changing colors of the water from the privacy of your own condo. These photos will only give you a small hint of the beauty that will touch your soul. From our patio, den or master bedroom you will have over 100 + additional shades of God’s colors that appear to be so dazzling depending on the sun and the cloud conditions. The sunsets are just breathtaking and you will also want to rise early to see how magnificent the sun is coming up over the water. Many of our guests see the dolphins swimming east and west while drinking their morning coffee. From the den, kitchen, or the master bedroom, you will see the glorious warm, crystalline water with the white sandy beach. Included in this landscape is just one of our three pools that is surrounded by a colorful group of gardens including palm trees and gorgeous other tropical plants.
Lean back in a comfortable chair and enjoy the warmth of the sun from the beach or the pools. Relax and unwind from your cares as the calm and peace of each moment renews your spirits.
Day or night Seaside’s pools are a perfect place for soaking away your worries. Whether surrounded by the lush tropical gardens by day or by the romantic moon that dances on the water at night, our pools are a favorite of our guests. Our complex is very family oriented yet a honeymooning couple will also enjoy the peace of our complex. We have BBQ grills all over our complex for our guests to have that perfect steak at night. To compliment these areas we also have picnic tables. Our shuffle board court is available by getting the equipment from our on site office. Our complex also offers lighted tennis courts, state of the art work out facility with flat screen televisions, indoor heated salt system pool, steam room, a sauna, and lockers and showers in our indoor restroom area.
We also host weddings on our beaches and many brides use our clubhouse for their receptions. We are also home to many family re-unions and they can also rent our clubhouse. It has a full kitchen, fire place, couches, and tables are all set up for your enjoyment. You can also use our clubhouse for meetings.
The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed. The other bedrooms host a queen sized bed in it. We have two twin beds in the next bedroom and a sofa sleeper that is in the den lets out to a queen sized bed. We are located on the seventh floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee pot, blender and etc. We also furnish your coffee, the filters, creamer, sugar, sweet and low, all spices, cleaning products, paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, and garbage bags.

I live in Chicago, IL. and we love the beach in Orange Beach. The view is what sold us on buying this condo. We were also impressed because the entire complex has the most amount of land in Orange Beach and it is all totally landscaped. It is like a tropical oasis.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We are only a mile from major grocery stores, Dollar General, gift shops, and Adventure Island is right across the street. We have three pools on our condo complex. One is a heated indoor pool that has just been converted to a salt water system that is so great for your skin. It also won't burn the children's eyes. We have lighted tennis courts, grilling areas, a sauna, steam room, shuffle board court, and a state of the art work out facility that has two flat screen TV's. We are also about a mile from the new State Park fishing pier. It is open 24 hours a day. It is the longest pier in the Southeast. It has a store located on the pier, benches to sit on, and places to clean you fish and take it home. We are about two miles from Dolphin Cruises, the famous zoo that was on the Discovery channel, The Wharf Shopping complex that hosts outdoor concerts, and the Tanger Outlet Mall with over 130 stores. You can never see it all in just a week! We have wonderful fresh seafood to eat in our area and you can even buy some locally and take it home with you or cook it in our condo.

I just want to thank you Tom for the wonderful stay in your condo. You had told me that it had been totally remodeled and your interior designer didn't miss a trick. It was so clean that we went bare footed. My family has never stayed in such a nice condo. All of the rooms had beautiful murals in them to accent the new custom bedspreads. The bathrooms had been done in a sand and plaster faux finish that just took our breath away. The towels were so thick, the kitchen had everything you can imagine, the beds were so comfortable and the property was just amazing. We were right in the heart of Orange Beach where all the action is compared to Gulf Shores. We were close to three grocery stores, fine places to eat, the Wharf for shopping, and The Tanger outlet. We will never stay in another condo at Seaside because we have found our home away from home. Thank-you so much for caring about our stay and the gift basket was just an extra nice touch. It had our lunch in it. If your guests are looking for the perfect condo with the best views in the complex this is the condo for you. The owner, Tom, was so nice and we will always stay here when we come to Orange Beach. Did I mention the great price that we paid compared to other nearby complexes? This condo was better than home! The only problem we had was not wanting to go home. Pat Smith
