Three additional bedrooms, all with queen beds and their own bathrooms. The great room has a full-state of the art kitchen, large dining area that seats 8 and a living area with large stone fireplace. Upstairs is a den with desk area for those who need to keep up with business. Three large televisions are in the living room, master bedroom and the den. Upstairs is also a loft area with a poker table and a sitting area with four comfortable overstuffed chairs - to sit and talk, sip wine, read quietly ---. The outside covered deck has a sitting area and outside dining.
This beautiful home is located at The Idaho Club on the thirteenth tee box of the brand new Jack Nicholas Golf Course. The house is also very close to Schweitzer Mountain for skiing in the winter and amazing hiking in the summer. The Idaho Club is right by Lake Pend Orielle for swimming, fishing and boating.
Sandpoint is close by with restaurants, shops, antiquing, wine bars and is a wonderful small town. Lake Pend Orielle is one of the most beautiful places to be -- it is a four season area with the lake and ski mountain.

We live on Maui and find that this part of Idaho is a perfect compliment to our beautiful island. We love the lake, the golf and the skiing. It amazes me how stunning the views are in the Sandpoint area with Lake Pend Orielle and Schweitzer Mountain.
