This home is a large log home finished just a few years ago. It is beautifully furnished with a master bedroom with a King bed, fabulous bathroom and fireplace. Two additional bedrooms,with queen beds and their own bathrooms. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two extra long twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The great room has a full-state of the art kitchen, large dining area that seats 8 and a living area with large stone fireplace. Upstairs is a loft area with seating and a game table. Three large televisions are in the living room, master bedroom and the loft. The outside covered deck has a sitting area and outside dining.
This beautiful home is located at The Idaho Club on the thirteenth tee box of the brand new Jack Nicholas Golf Course. The house is also very close to Schweitzer Mountain for skiing in the winter and amazing hiking in the summer. The Idaho Club is right by Lake Pend Orielle for swimming, fishing and boating.
Sandpoint is close by with restaurants, shops, antiquing, wine bars and is a wonderful small town. Lake Pend Orielle is one of the most beautiful places to be -- it is a four season area with the lake and ski mountain.

We live on Maui and find that this part of Idaho is a perfect compliment to our beautiful island. We love the lake, the golf and the skiing. It amazes me how stunning the views are in the Sandpoint area with Lake Pend Orielle and Schweitzer Mountain.
