The best location, the best beach, and the best part of Maui -- that's the Mana Kai. Located at the north end of Keawakapu Beach, you've got a mile long beach and some of the safest swimming and best snorkeling to enjoy.
The building is small enough to have a warm friendly feel but large enough to offer some great amenities such as a general store & deli,surf shop & rentals,a superior restaurant(the Five Palms), and an activities center to help with any bookings you may need. Located just blocks north of Wailea, you have easy access to many golf courses, the Shops at Wailea, and all that south Maui has to offer.
The only thing between my unit and the ocean is the pool and grassy lawn for lounging. Being second from the ocean end of the building, the waves tranquilize you to sleep every evening in our king size beds. Both bedrooms have unobstructed views of the ocean so that you can always enjoy the view. Because of the floor plan of the unit, it may be rented in 3 different ways - as a 2 bed/2 bath full condo, as a 1 bed/1 bath full condo, or as a hotel room with just a bedroom and a bath.
For those days when the trade winds are not cool enough for you, every room has a ceiling fan plus the "B" bedroom, north side of condo, has an air conditioner. The building has free Wi-Fi for guests. There is a reserved parking spot for you and a laundry room at the elevators in the center of the building.

Why the Owner Chose Mana Kai
The Mana Kai was so easy & convenient with my children. I could sit on the lawn, watch one in the ocean and one in the pool at the same time. Whenever you needed something, the condo could be reached quickly as well as the deli/general store. This is one of the few places my husband truly relaxes. He loves being right on the ocean, listening to the waves and reading under a palm tree.

A friend told us about the Mana Kai back in 1987 when our daughter was just a baby. We had always stayed on the north end of the island prior. When they told us of the dryer weather, less traffic, and that we could enjoy our time with our daughter in a friendlier and more convenient environment, we had to try the Mana Kai. After one stay, we were sold! We rented units until the time came that we could purchase our own little piece of paradise. Our children have been very fortunate to spend their spring breaks on the beach every year and our family memories of Maui are the best. Coming from Montana we keep our unit tropical in color and design. We want to feel like we are in paradise when we walk in the door.

"Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed my stay at your condo and was more than satisfied. When I read that a unit is fully equipped I am always somewhat dubious but your unit is really fully equipped. I have a lot of other places on my "bucket list" to get yet to and my time is getting short but if I am going back to Maui I will be in touch with you...great location."

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is steps from the beach and the beach is miles long. It makes for a wonderful morning walk. We loved having the windows open and having the waves lull us to sleep at night. The property is well maintained and you will not want for anything from the kitchen to the beach. There are many great nearby restaurants and others are only a short drive away. We love the convenience, this property is really close to everything you would want or need. You will enjoy your stay here.
