Our condo at the Colony II was built in 2006 in a wonderful quite area of peace and relaxation, yet close enough to all the action that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Just in the beauty alone that Sunset Beach has to offer from the gentle white sand slope to the sunset itself. With free parking this family orientated beach has a pier, rinse off shower and much more. If its golf your looking for you came to the right place.
There are so many golf courses to chose from it hard to figure out which one to play. Besides the golf you have the town of Calabash, king of seafood only two miles away. Myrtle Beach is an endless strip of entertainment, something for everyone from restaurants, mini golf, shopping, amusement and water parks, fishing, theaters, etc... Our well kept beautifully decorated condominium is a corner unit on the first floor of a three story unit that has all the hospitalities of home fully furnished with 3 bed rooms.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV DVD VCR with a large bathroom, double sinks, full shower with a seat and a very big walk in closet. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds, one is set up as a trundle bed with the other bathroom between the two. The great room has a queen size sofa bed, TV DVD VCR, stereo with 5 disc CD AM FM cassette player which leads out to the patio through 2 double french doors with a table and chairs.
All rooms have ceiling fans and are fully carpeted except the entrance way and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities and all common appliances. The kitchen opens up to the living room and dinning room that seats up to eight, also 3 bar stools for a cup of coffee or a quick meal. A washer dryer, iron and ironing board are also available, bed linens bath and pool towels are also provided (bring your beach towels).
What the Colony II has to offer is an indoor, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, BBQ grills with picnic tables for owners and renters from the Colony II only. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Managed by Starheel Properties
