This is the BEST OF THE BEST at Legacy Villas, part of the Five Star, Waldorf Astoria-owned La Quinta Resort and Club built in the late 1920s. (Resort room service is available to the unit.)
We feature the BEST LOCATION overlooking the main of 11 pools. Though our townhome was built in 2005, in October 2009 we re-carpeted, re-tiled and re-painted the entire unit, adding crown molding and upgraded fireplace tiles.
This townhome features HIGH END FURNISHINGS, UPGRADED CARPETING, TILE AND PAINT. It has a California King and fireplace in the Master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a fireplace in the living room three 42" plasma screen TVs/DVD players, a surround sound stereo in the living room and another stereo in the Master bedroom.
Our townhome has two large balconies off of each bedroom overlooking both the main adult and main children's pool. It is very close to the Clubhouse and the fitness facility.
It is set up as two units with a separate entrance and lock off door, so one unit is the Master Bedroom only with a fireplace, its own private large balcony with a large table with seating for four, a wet bar sink, refrigerator and a private bathroom with a tub and shower. The larger unit also has a large bedroom with its own similar bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room with a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a dining room and a large private balcony.

The owner of this Townhome, Dan Wood, is a Venture Capitalist residing on Coronado Island in the San Diego area. His wife, Belle Wood, has at least two jobs, managing our vacation rentals and the lives of our eight and nine year olds.
Why the Owner Chose Legacy Villas
We chose this location because it is the best located in the complex overlooking the Main adult and children's pool with close proximity to the Clubhouse, the huge jacuzzi, BBQ area and fitness facility.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
We like the Five Star resort feel you get in our unit with nearly $40,000 of upgrades and furnishings completed in October, 2009. You will feel like a celebrity staying with us. There are 280 units at Legacy Villas which all look similar. Our place is near the entrance and easy to find. It is also a very short walk to the above-mentioned amenities.
