Welcome to Emerald Shores subdivision, a gated, upscale community where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the Destin beach, only .3 mile away. Our home has 4 professionally decorated bedrooms with 3 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, with a cozy breakfast nook, a separate dining area and wet bar. The home is unique and has a West Indies flair. You will enjoy two beautiful community pools, one of which is only steps away from our front door. (This pool is also heated in the offseason.)
The tennis court is located right behind our backyard. Tram service is provided in the summer to transport you to the beach. We know you will find our home to be very inviting, beautiful and provides all of the comforts of home. You will find TVs, VCR/DVD players in each bedroom and family room, along with internet service. We have a beautiful outdoor courtyard and charcoal BBQ grill, along with seating.

Our two families have vacationed in Destin for the past 12 years...and now we are owners in our favorite subdivision. Come and stay in our dream home and create your own family memories.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Shores
We have been told this is one of the nicest homes in the subdivision, which we believe is the best subdivision in the area, because of the private beach pavilion that has bathrooms on the beach. There are also 2 picnic tables along with lounge chairs to allow you to relax after a day of sun at the beach.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Casa De Playa is located next to the second pool, just to the left of our front door. A tennis court and basketball hoop is located right behind us.
