Welcome to Emerald Shores subdivision, a gated, upscale community where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the Destin beach, only .3 mile away. Our home has 4 professionally decorated bedrooms with 3 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, with a cozy breakfast nook, a separate dining area and wet bar. The home is unique and has a West Indies flair. You will enjoy two beautiful community pools, one of which is only steps away from our front door. (This pool is also heated in the offseason.)
The tennis court is located right behind our backyard. Tram service is provided in the summer to transport you to the beach. We know you will find our home to be very inviting, beautiful and provides all of the comforts of home. You will find TV/VCR/DVD players in each bedroom and family room, along with internet service (WiFi available). We have a beautiful outdoor courtyard and charcoal BBQ grill, along with seating.

Our two families have vacationed in Destin for the past 12 years...and now we are owners in our favorite subdivision. Come and stay in our dream home and create your own family memories.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Shores
We have been told this is one of the nicest homes in the subdivision, which we believe is the best subdivision in the area, because of the private beach pavilion that has bathrooms on the beach. There are also 2 picnic tables along with lounge chairs to allow you to relax after a day of sun at the beach.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Casa De Playa is located next to the second pool, just to the left of our front door. A tennis court and basketball hoop is located right behind us.

Casa de Playa is a quaint, two-story home in a quiet, well-kept, beautifully landscaped subdivision. This well decorated home has an open and comfy living area complimented with a TV/audio system, as well as spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large, enclosed garden area to sit and enjoy cocktails. The neighborhood provides two private swimming pools (the smaller one 50 feet from your door) for sunning or just hanging out with the kids or friends. Our group also enjoyed a few friendly rounds of tennis at the private tennis court outside the back door. Casa de Playa is a short walk to an awesome, quiet stretch of beautiful beach. The neighborhood beach pavilion offered convenient, clean bathrooms, lounge chairs (to relax or escape the sun) and picnic tables (for Sunset Happy Hours!). Casa de Playa is in a great, central location with easy access to many restaurants, shopping, golf courses and entertainment :-) The home's "Renter's Directory" provides lots of local "favorite" restaurants and entertainment ideas. It is an ideal vacation destination! We have lots of great memories and can't wait till our next visit.

Our family has enjoyed staying at Casa de Playa for the last two Julys. We were married on July 18th, 2010 on the beautiful Destin Beach! We came back on July 16th, 2011 and celebrated our first anniversary with our families! Both of our experiences have been wonderful!! The location was wonderful because we were right next to the pool, had a great variety of shopping around us, and also a great variety of restaraunts! It is great knowing that we have a beautiful place to stay when we visit Destin! We have great memories in your beautiful home and hopefully we will come back again this July!! Rating: Definitely 5 out of 5

Casa de Playa was a perfect location for our family. We were centrally located for everything, such as malls and restaurants etc. The subdivision was close to the beach. Emerald Shores had its own pavillion on the beach which had restrooms and picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The smaller pool was next to the house and tennis courts behind us. The house decor was eccentric and had all the amenities for our needs. The kitchen had all cookware and utensils necessary for home cooked meals. We had our own washer and dryer, so we did not need to find a laundromat. The home was spacious and very comfortable. What a perfect vacation getaway! I would highly recommend to all! I can't wait to come back!

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. The decor is lovely and it had all the amenities necessary for a wonderful vacation. How convenient the swimming pool was as I felt like it was my own private pool! The beach across the street was so convenient and I loved the fact that there was a designated pavilion for the subdivision. I look forward to renting again in the future.
