Beautiful, Spacious Beach Home

Year Purchased: 2008

Why the Owner Chose Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point)

We chose Las Conchas because it is a gated community with several miles of pristine beach. It is only a few miles from the center of town. We were able to buy a lot with superb views and only steps from the beach.

The Unique Benefits at this House

We enjoy the sunsets from any of the five patios, but especially the roof deck, which has a great fireplace. It is a wonderful place to relax.

Owner's Map of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point)

We love the fall and winter weather in Rocky Point. Our dog loves to run on the beach, since there is no leash law and animals are very welcome in Las Conchas. There is a nearby estuary where the water is almost always calm and warm, and you can get there with a 4 x 4, ATV, or dune buggy. When the fish are running we surf fish right by the house.
