Year Purchased: 2007

Why the Owner Chose Hermosa Beach

Fell immediately in love with the South Beach area. We found this hip new beach house to be a quiet retreat yet set in the heart of this active yet tranquil beach and surf city lifestyle. Enjoy having the relaxing middle section of the beach but still so close to the fun of either Pier and people watching. Really enjoy the warm, friendly locals, beautiful neighborhood and watching the surfers heading out in the morning. Terrific local amenities you can appreciate either by walking, biking or driving. And its just a short 2 hour flight along the West Coast for us.
