The house is very close to Whistler Village. A five minute walk along the Whistler pedestrian pathway leads you to the dining, nightlife, shopping and groceries located in 'The Village'. Whistler and Blackomb Mountain both have ticket booths and ski lifts located in the Village. The Whistler Golf Course clubhouse is a 3 minute walk from the house.
"Whistler House" has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a sauna area with its own shower. The master bedroom is on the main floor and the three other bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, has a king bed with a large walk-in closet. There is a large spa inspired en-suite bathroom with a granite double sink vanity, large soaker tub, and a large tiled shower. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed with a large closet and dresser. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with a large closet and dresser. Bedroom 4 has sturdy, solid maple bunk beds that are suitable for both children and adults. The lower bunk is a double bed and the upper bunk is a single bed.
The main floor has an open concept layout. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, beautiful new cabinets, and brand new stainless appliances. The kitchen has a large pass through to the dining and living areas. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8. The living area has a couch, love seat and chair with ottoman. There is a large stone fireplace in the living/dining area, and for entertainment there is a 40" Sony LCD TV with full cable and a DVD player The furniture is all brand new!

We purchased the house in Whistler because we wanted a ski home close to Vancouver BC. Whistler was the best choice for our family. The close proximity to Whistler Village lets us leave our car parked at the house and walk to the ski hills and the Village.
