This direct ocean view rental is a truly furnished executive apartment that includes everything that you would find at home, from clean towels and bed sheets to kitchen utensils and dishes. All the furniture is very high-end and not typical of a rental property. You will even find a cell phone (unlimited incoming calls), a safe, wireless internet, ice maker, flat screen plasma TV with sound system, and much more. All this plus our free weekly cleaning are included in the rental price!
This apartment is conveniently located on Avenida Balboa, right next to the city's entertainment center with many restaurants and bars, it's also several minutes walking distance to the financial district, several shopping centers, etc.
The Vista Marina Tower includes 24 hour security, concierge service and a spectacularly decorated foyer. The building features beautiful outdoor social areas located on the top floor for a breathtaking view of the city. Relax, sunbathe, swim in the pool or go next door for a game of billiards or ping pong. The building also features a gym and a Jacuzzi.
The rental price is $935 per week and $2450 per month, this price includes everything mentioned above and our weekly cleaning. An additional discount is given for a one year rental.
