'The Fantastic Four' is a large 4 bedroom condo with central A/C. (Please click above on the 'video link'). We are located very close to the pools and beach. It is a great property for groups from 4-10 people. Our location is a short 5 minute walk to Poipu Beach,,, safe for kids and adults with great snorkeling, boogie boarding and surfing areas. Life guards are also on duty. Swimming pool is just 30 seconds out the door and there are 2 other pools to enjoy as well. 8 tennis courts are available in the greenbelt area. We are also very close to the Grand Hyatt Resort and spa. This is an easy walk and offers a world class spa, evening cocktails, 4 incredible restaurants, Poipu Bay Golf resort, evening hula shows and morning coffee from Starbucks! The property is spacious and well furnished. We recently added 4 flat panel TV's and new beds. Kitchen is generously large and very nicely equipped. A large lanai also invites the group for outdoor dining,, gas grills are available at the pool area. We are located in the Poipu Kai community and are walkable to almost everything you might want to do. Only 30 minutes from Lihue airport.
For groups larger then 8, we are able to secure an additional 2 or 4 bedroom units adjacent to this property, which then allows for parties as large as 14-16,, everyone gets a bed! For larger parties then 15, we also have a 5 bedroom unit that can accommodate up to 10 more. We can handle almost any size party and can help plan for even large wedding groups, needing mulitple vacation home options! Aloha

What a lovely condo and great location. Our kids loved the pool being so close and such an easy walk to the Poipu beach area. This condo had everything we needed and lots of room for the family to spread out. Flat screen TV's in the living room, kids bunk room and Master bedroom were nice too. Very nice property. Air conditioning was a major plus in August! Everything was new and very well kept. The kids liked the bunk room for TV and playing and the adults liked having that peace and quiet when they were up there watching a movie or playing games. Pool was really close and so was the beach. Why the Owner Chose Regency:
We love this location, since we can easily walk to the Poipu Beach,,, 30 seconds to the pool,, walk to the Hyatt and the air conditioning is kind of a bonus, when the trade winds are not blowing! It really is a convenient spot to stay! Aloha
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Well, I would say air conditioning is one of the big benefits,,, many other properties don't offer the option, so this is nice if you like that. Location to pool and beach is awesome and we also walk over to the Hyatt for coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night. Very convenient!
