A fully equipped office (Wi-Fi, Fax, TV) is adjacent to Master Bedroom but could be retrofitted to be 3rd Guest Room. The lower level is multi-purpose with bedroom, bath, TV/lounge area, pool table, player piano and exercise equipment (treadmill, fitball, bongo board and weights).
The location is secluded and off the beaten path yet within 5 minutes of all amenities. Centered in the Vail Valley, the home's location is surrounded on both sides by easy access to skiing. Views are to the north, east and west of the Vail Valley and to the south it backs up to a golf course and Forest Service. A Home Owners Association is responsible for all snow and trash removal and upkeep of grounds.

This is not a vacation home, but rather a permanent residence in a vacation environment.
The Unique Benefits at this Duplex
Vail is a well known recreational environment. Winter and summer activities are too numerous to list. We enjoy it because we can jump on a bike and ride any direction for miles, we can be skiing within 20 minutes of leaving the house, we can play golf right outside the door, we can shop all day for anything we could ever want. Family and guests are easily accommodated where all can eat around a very large dining room table: the younger set is entertained on the lower level with pool table, TV, and piano. In addition to a garage there is parking for 2-4 cars in the driveway. A full security system is added comfort to the safety of your family and possessions.
Owner's Map of Avon
Owner has been a resident of the Vail Valley for over 45 years. Well known in the area, the owner and family are involved in most cultural and non-profit activities. The children all attended schools in the valley and now work nearby in many different capacities. The family is very active in outdoor sports and, having lived in several different homes over the years, settled on this location as the most accessible and yet most private and well maintained.
