Carlton Lakes is a beautifully landscaped, quiet, gated community. This community offers many walking trails around the complex including an access to a Publix grocery store that is just a short walk from our condo. We're located just 20 minutes from Ft. Meyers Airport (RSW). We're just a 10 minute drive to the beach.
We offer a beautiful, 2nd floor, end unit, carriage home with attached garage. It has vaulted ceilings throughout with an open floor plan. This newly furnished unit features a living room, two bedrooms + a den/office, a formal dining room and a breakfast room off the kitchen. Offering 2 lanais, one large facing the lake with access from the breakfast room and the master bedroom. It has a complete set of furniture plus dining table and chairs. The second smaller lanai faces west off the formal dining room.
The master bedroom suite has a King size bed/dresser/night stands. The adjoining bathroom features double sinks, private toilet, and large walk-in shower, plus a large walk in closet.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with dresser and large closet with easy access to the second bathroom. The den/office has queen size pullout sofa, a desk and a TV. There is a pool just steps from the condo and a larger pool at the clubhouse along with tennis courts, bocci ball courts, fitness room and many activities. Everything you could want for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying yourself while on vacation is here. We hope you'll enjoy your stay!
