This luxury condo is on the 4th floor of a gated community located on the 15th fairway of the famous Greg Norman Golf course. You enter in a security coded marble lobby, adorned with waterfalls and beautiful paintings. The elevator will take you to the top floor (4th) where you will go right to our unit, past a large foyer with leather highback chairs and views of the intercoastal waterways. The attached pictures don't do the unit justice, with its vaulted ceilings and upgraded appliances and furniture.
The Edgewater Unit is the most exclusive complex in the Barefoot Resort, located in the heart of the Grand Strand. Our unit has a private health club, club house, pool and spa that is only available to Edgewater Unit Guests and Owners. While Myrtle Beach has 100+ golf courses, you don't have to go anywhere but here for the Tom Fazio, Greg Norman, Davis Love and Pete Dye golf courses which are rated the best in the state, let alone Myrtle Beach.
If you're not a golfer, the Barefoot Landings Shopping mall, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre and much, much more is located just across the Swing Bridge. Within walking distance, you will find the Barefoot Spa, a first class marina with jet ski rentals and fine dining at the Marina or at the Golf Course.

Why the Owner Chose Edgewater
My wife and I purchased this condo as a place to live once we retire. It has all the luxuries of home, is private, secure and perfectly located. There are many condos in the Myrtle Beach area, but after much research, we believe this is the best place to not only live but also to vacation in.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We enjoy the long walks along the intercoastal, the privacy of our own club house, pool and exercise facility and, of course, the golf. A week for us consists of a day at the beach, followed by a trip to the driving range, where the have a great sports bar with happy hour specials. We play a full day of golf the next day, followed by a great dinner at one of the many restaurants (our favorites include Carrabbas, Greg Norman's Steakhouse, Humberto's). We also enjoy the shopping at Barefoot Landings and the night life at Broadway on the Beach.
