Welcome to "Splash" and the "Upper Deck" on Anna Maria Island!
Your cottage-style units are located only 300 steps from the beautiful white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island.
As you arrive, you will observe the lush tropical gardens in the front of "Splash", viewed daily from your oversized, completely private screened-in lanai. Your vacation unit is located on the lower level with no stairs whatsoever to climb.
Should your choice be the "Upper Deck" you will enter your unit through the back gate, into a private back yard, surrounded by a white privacy fence. As you proceed to your unit, you are greeted by possibly the largest Rubber Tree you have ever seen. Your back deck is actually built into the tree and your outdoor deck is under it's umbrella of leaves.
Both "Splash" and the "Upper Deck" are available for weekly, monthly and long term rentals!
"Splash" is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath unit that comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The master bedroom comes complete with a Queen Bed, chest, nightstands and of course a private bath. The other two bedrooms sleep 2 adults or 2 childen each. We believe you will find beach cottage vacationing at "Splash" a relaxing and casually elegant experience.
The "Upper Deck" is a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, luxury romantic hideaway and can accommodate up to 3 guests comfortably. The master bedroom has a King Bed and the 2nd bedroom/office has a twin bed. As mentioned previously the back deck is built under one of the largest rubber trees on the island. Truly a unique experience.
Your day at either "Splash" or the "Upper Deck" might begin with coffee and danish on the lanai, watching the birds in their natural tropical habitat. Then perhaps take a walk to the corner where you will choose making a right to the bay to watch the sunrise or a left to the sea, to experience the daytime's warm sun or the evening's spectacular sunsets!
Following the last sight of the sun dipping into the horizon, you may want to continue down the beach for cocktails and dinner at one of the many casual oceanside locales or perhaps on to Bridge Street, to experience some of the best varieties of food choices on the island.....and.....best of all, it's within walking distance!
After dinner, you may choose to walk back or hop on the free trolly, where you will
disembark on the corner.....and you are back, ready to enjoy the remainder of the evening on your lanai or under the tree of the Upper Deck!
Both units are supplied with a full set of towels for each guest, as well as all of the
necessary kitchen amenities, should you desire to dine in at your leisure and in the comforts of your cottage.
Beach chairs, beach towels, TVs, free wireless internet access throughout each unit as well as a Washer/Dryer are provided for your convenience.
Should you or your guests have a special need or desire a special item in particular, please merely advise us in advance and we will do our utmost to accommodate you!
For the children, there is a complete supply of sand toys to build the most spectacular sandcastles thier imaginations can envision.

For the past 21 years I have been an IT professional. Prior to that, I was employed with Braniff International Airways, PanAm and Eastern Airlines. My wife is a current international flight attendant.
Why the Owner Chose Bradenton Beach
My wife, daughter and I spent a week on the island with friends who owned property here. We fell in love with the laid back atmosphere, the white sandy beaches and the lack of high rise buildings. In fact, no properties can be higher than 3 stories.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Quiet, secluded, lush tropical environment, 300 steps to both the Bay to watch the sunrise and the Gulf to watch the sunset. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants, and if you prefer to ride, the island offers a free island trolley.

Splash - A fabulous place to stay!

We just returned from staying at Splash and found it to be a very nice place to stay. We will keep in mind for future trips to the island. You are located a very short walking distance to both the bay and the beach. The place has many nice upgrades. The screened lanai was probably one of my favorite spots! So nice to sit out there and enjoy the salt air. The master bedroom has a nice comfortable bed with nice sheets (one of my requirements in my own home - all cotton with high thread count). The walk in shower in the master bath was also very nice. The place was sparkling clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped. Both the owner and local property manager were fantastic to work with too! The pictures of Splash just don't give you the full picture. This place is beautiful! I just can't say enough positive things about Splash! Rent it...you won't be disappointed!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
