Summary:
I am sharing with you my personal "get away from it all" vacation home to enjoy with your family and friends. Million dollar community boasting gated entrance, 3 floor, spacious rooms, extraordinary views. From dual zone swim spa, sauna, outdoor cooking, fire pit, family gaming, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, this home will leave a lasting memory and enjoyable stay. 2022 Sea Doo Switch 21-170 is available for rent along with a pull behind tube.

The Space:
Lakefront 3 story home, built for family and built for entertaining. Amazing views, access to kayaking to our community island. Gated community.

The house is 3 story, gorgeous floor plan, plenty of size at nearly 4800 sq feet with 7 bedrooms
which have their own privacy" along with 4.5 bathrooms . Parking up to 6 cars

Guest Access:
The entire home is at your leisure. Parking up to 6 vehicles

The Neighborhood:
gated million dollar community, quiet but yet 25 min or less from everything. Privacy and quietness is imperative to the folks in this community.
The neighbors appreciate their privacy and their quite , serene evenings so we ask you to please respect that. Any disturbing behavior such as loud music or excessive number of cars parked on their property line will be reported immediately to me and I will ask the guests to leave the premises immediately if enough evidence was provided by the neighbors. I want you to enjoy your stay and experience, but I also want to maintain my neighbors peace of mind :)

Excellent week on Lake Norman

The property was the perfect size for our group 9 total plenty of space to gather as well as be apart when needed. Good internet for those that needed to work or stream. The house is wellstocked with towels laundry supplies etc. Waseem is a great host lets you know when somebody is coming to the house - one example pool care. Would recommend this place to anyone!!! Thanks for a great week on the lake!

Our family came from 3 different states to be together for a week. The house was spacious and comfortable for our large group. The host was responsive to our inquiries and very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Family Fun 8 adults 9 grandchildren

It was exciting and fun. Full of memories. The driveway was a challenge but it made it all that more fun. We just had to slow down and be careful. The owners Sam and his wife Ranin were delightful and very willing to help with anything at a moment's notice. Lots of fun and memories. Best Regards, Doug Campbell

Thoughtful Design

This property is amazing. What you don't see from the pictures are the many different things that make vacationing here easy. For instance, there is dry towel storage right next to the hot tub; there is a hose next to the paddle boards to wash off; there is sand at the bottom of the stairs to the lake to make entry/exits more pleasant; there's a nice desk in one of bedrooms in case someone has to work. This thoughtfulness is carried throughout the home. We highly recommend!

Fun in the Sun

Great property with many amenities. Game rooms great for both kids and adults. Located on a quieter part of the lake. Spa and outdoor kitchen are great. Owner and Andrew, his on site (when needed) rep were great. Definitely worth another visit.
