Located in the middle of everything Breckenridge has to offer, right across from Carter Park (sledding in winter, picnics in summer) and the free shuttle stop. As you enter this beautiful house you’ll find an open living /dining area with a gas fireplace. At this level there’s a guest/powder room with full tub and shower, past the bathroom you’ll find a queen size bed in first bedroom, past that you’ll have 2 bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower, one of them has a queen size bed and the other a twin, each bedroom has its own sink (additional to the bathroom one).
Upstairs the master bedroom has a beautiful mountain view with a king size bed and the bathroom has full tub with a separate shower. Downstairs boasts a second living area with a big screen TV, past that you’ll find a bedroom with 2 twin beds, across which there’s a bathroom with shower, finally past that there’s a bedroom with a queen size bed. The back garden has an outside hot tub for 6 persons and in summer it’s the ideal barbeque area.
The house has a one car garage and additional parking space in the driveway.
