Entrance is through our shared front lobby into your own quiet garden flat.
The apartment is completely furnished with linens, blankets, towels, and kitchenware, has a comfortable living room, fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances and utensils, a bathroom with shower over tub and an intimate bedroom. The king-sized bed has a custom-made mattress with 600-thread count, 100% cotton linens. Every room has adjustable dimmer lights. 3MBPS Wi-Fi internet access and adjustable baseboard heating are all included.
This is a self-housekeeping, self-catering unit, perfect as a hotel alternative, for vacationing, visiting friends or family. The very convenient location in the Historic Dogpatch neighborhood of Eastern Potrero Hill is 1/2 block from 22nd Street's coffee shops and restaurants, and just down the hill from the Potrero's 18th Street's shops and restaurants (including Chinese, Vietnamese, Sushi, French Bistro, Pizza, American) plus bakery, wine bar, groceries, laundry, playground and two bus lines (22 and 10).
We are around the corner from the new T-third tram line to downtown, and 5 minutes from downtown by car via two nearby freeways (101 and 280). There is ample street parking after 5PM. We are 12 minutes from San Francisco International Airport.

Dogpatch, on the eastern edge of Potrero Hill, just south of the Giants Ballpark, is one of the oldest neighborhoods in San Francisco. Made of up charming workers cottages and historic warehouses, it is a hip multi-use area with a growing restaurant scene. Bustling by day and quiet at night and on weekends, the T-third tram to downtown is around the corner and the airport is a 12 minute, $30 cab ride away.
