Stay out of the cold and enjoy the fabulous warm weather of southern Florida, at this immaculate, beautiful, and professionally decorated, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 2nd floor condominium. For your comfort, features include a Den, Living Room, Eat-in Kitchen, two screened in lanais, walk-in closet in the master bedroom, washer and dryer inside the unit. The full size kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience with stove, oven, refrigerator freezer, microwave, Icemaker, dishwasher, and all necessary appliances and gadgets, including dishes and cookware. There is a full size snack bar with three bar stools, in addition to a breakfast table which seats four.
The large living area is furnished with comfortable furniture, including an easy chair and Otto to relax in at the end of the day. Cable TV’s in the living room, Master Bedroom and Den.
Both Lanais are completely furnished for comfort. The Lanai off the Living room overlooks the Lake and is the perfect spot for reading the morning paper. The front Lanai, has a high bar style table for snacking or playing cards.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with top of the line mattress, along with nightstands, and a huge Armoire, you will enjoy an attached private bath, and a very large walk-in closet. The Second Bedroom has 2 twin beds with deluxe mattresses as well, a nightstand, and closet. The Den consists of a Queen size sofa sleeper, coffee table, end tables, and can be closed off for privacy. Den by day, 3rd bedroom by night.
This unit has ceiling fans throughout as well as central air conditioning.
HERITAGE PALMS is widely recognized as one of the finest Golf/Tennis/Swimming/ destinations in Southwest Florida. The grounds offer two Azinger-Lewis design Golf Courses with 36 holes of championship golf as well as practice putting and chipping greens. The Clubhouse houses formal and informal dinning, pro-shop, locker rooms, media room, fitness center, and 8 heated pools through out the property. There is also a playground and basketball courts for your recreational pleasure. The tennis center, with its eight lighted ‘Har Tru’ courts, sits on a 38 acre lake which also serves as the ‘Aqua Driving Range.’

We chose Fort Myers because it is one of the prime vacation spots in the world, attracting many European visitors. The area, situated just 30 miles north of Naples, hosts many great beaches, restaurants, and shopping malls.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I really enjoy the privacy and quietness of being situated on a golf course. When I visit, I take full advantage of the multiple pools, fully stocked pro shop, and the excellent clubhouse.
