Just back from 2 weeks in Tampa at this fabulous property! Arrived late evening, so 10 minute ride from airport to this house was a welcome! My husband and our three children thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kids kajaked while my husband and I sat poolside on the HUGE deck overlooking the nature preserve. Spent the first few days just relaxing at this spacious house, then ventured out throughout Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg. House is central to countless destinations - Busch Gardens, Lowry Zoo, downtown Tampa/Channelside, Clearwater beach, St. Pete Times Forum. Spent New Year's Eve at the property which was ideal! Was thrilled throughout the evening and at midnight watching fireworks from the screened deck all over the bay!! Will definitely revisit! Thank you for having us!!

We rented this house for 4 weeks (feb-march 2011). The description of this house is not correct. There are only 2 bathrooms, as the master bedroom with bathroom is the owners locked off quarters. The garage is not included in the rental (the owner use it as storage). Also, the house was poorly cleaned (dog hairs on furniture, beds and floors), area rugs were stained (The owner has a dog).The owner came and went as she liked (she told us that was her right, as this was her home). The owner even showed the house during our stay. She also said that the house was to be inspected at least once a week as a rule. The owner never turned on the solar heating for the pool. She also said if we wanted gas heating of the spa it would be $100 (USD) for 3 hour use. Even thought no damage was done to the house she says she will not return our security deposit, and says she wants no correspondence with us except thru her lawyer.
