You will be very happy selecting this house for your Cape Cod vacation. It's less than 1 mile to beautiful craigville beach. About 1.5 miles from Main Street Hyannis. It's a great neighborhood in West Hyannisport. Big lot, 1/3 acres with plenty of room to have fun. There is a volleyball net set up in the yard ready for play. 3 nice bedrooms and a great sun porch that can also be used as a bedroom. The house is very clean and well maintained, I take a lot of pride in that. The downstairs has a pool table, bar, fridge, full bath, stereo and workout equipment. (Beach Pass Included - good for free parking at 15 beaches!)

My summers are filled with fantastic memories of this house. Its a great walk to the beach & a very quiet neighborhood to relax in the spacious yard. I've had many enjoyable vacations in this very clean & comfortable home. Not to mention the Barbecues & lobster bakes that remind us why we go to the cape!!

Owers description of property was right on! Our family of five enjoyed the house and area surrounding it very much. We were able to walk to the beautiful beach and near by pizza/sub and variety store whenever we wanted to. The back patio is private and perfect for cookouts. Every morning we had coffee in the beautiful sun room, which is so, so relaxing! We have rented this property four years in a row because we love it so much. Neighborhood is quiet and great for taking walks. My kids, age 10, 11, and 14 now, can't wait to go back. Plenty of room for company to visit us, too! Loved it, thanks!
