You will be very happy selecting this house for your Cape Cod vacation. It's less than 1 mile to beautiful craigville beach. About 1.5 miles from Main Street Hyannis. It's a great neighborhood in West Hyannisport. Big lot, 1/3 acres with plenty of room to have fun. There is a volleyball net set up in the yard ready for play. 3 nice bedrooms and a great sun porch that can also be used as a bedroom. The house is very clean and well maintained, I take a lot of pride in that. The downstairs has a pool table, bar, fridge, full bath, stereo and workout equipment.
