Our home is a warm and comfortable get-a-way. It is nestled on a wooded one acre lot on a cul-de-sac. It is conveniently located less than 2 miles from the South Ridge main lodge and the Jordan Bowl. It has a 2 car garage with a door to the kitchen that makes loading and unloading easy. It has been freshly painted and decorated in a mountain theme.
The master bedroom has a TV with 75 cable channels and a VCR. It has a brand new king size bed and a trundle bed with 2 twins. There is a bunk bed in the second bedroom with brand new mattresses. On the first floor is a queen size bed with over 75 cable channels.
The family room has a wood-burning fireplace with plenty of wood stored in the garage.It has an oversized leather recliner, a queen sleeper-sofa, and a comfy rocker. There is a flat-screen TV with over 200 HD channels and a DVD player.
We have a large dining table as well as a counter that seats 2.
The basement has recently been finished. It has a 36' TV with 75 channels, 2 comfy couches, and a foos ball table.
There is plenty of room for 2 families. We will consider pets.

Why the Owner Chose Newry
Sunday River is one of New England's largest ski resorts. It has beautifully groomed trails and the most modern lifts. There are slopeside restaurants and a spa. Nearby Bethel is a quaint town with unique shops and excellent restaurants. Sunday River Road is just a mile away and has several great spots for apres-ski.
The Unique Benefits of this House
There is cross country ski trail access directly across the street.
The historic covered bridge is just a short walk from the house. Snow mobile trails are also accessible from the house. The garage is the perfect place to store them overnight during your snow machine vacation. The road to the house is flat, so it is never a problem in icy weather. White Heat, the longest, steepest trail at Sunday River can be seen from the driveway. There are 2 large bay windows overlooking the cozy wooded yard.
