Aloha! This is your new vacation home. Enjoy true Hawaiian style living in the heart of Po'ipu. Our charming vintage Kaua'i home is comfortable all the time with ceiling fans in every room. Large glass wall opens the living area to the wonderful light of Kaua'i’s south side. The tradewinds cool the south facing Lanai that is perfect for barbeque and relaxing. Ceiling fans in every room make this well ventilated house the most comfortable place in Poipu to enjoy the quiet evenings away from the bustle of the resorts. Sunny South Side Po'ipu has the best weather on Kaua'i and is a great place to begin your adventures to Waimea Canyon to the West all the way to Hanalei on the North shore. Take the time to get out on the water and visit the amazing Na Pali coast, its not to be missed.

Our quiet neighborhood is a minute drive or a quick nine minute stroll to both Po'ipu and Brenneke Beaches. Surf break, Turtles, Spinner Dolphins are right there in the water for your enjoyment. A short walk along the shore and you’ll find the long, sandy Sheraton Beach. Several golf courses are within three minutes drive. For a nearby adventure travel east past the Hyatt for a minute or two onto a dirt road that takes you secluded beaches where you can enjoy a private afternoon.

We’ve taken great care to appoint the home with everything you need for a wonderful stay at our Hale. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances your used to having at home. Coffee machine for the morning, blender for the perfect Mai Tai afternoon. Bringing your kids? We have a boogie boards, masks, goggles, fins and sand toys for their pleasure. We also have bicycles to cruise around.

We have bath and beach towels and linens for your convenience. Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds and the third bedroom has two singles. Have more than six people in your group? There is also a queen-sized sofa-bed in the sitting room. Don’t worry about not bringing enough clothes, we have a washer and dryer with detergent for you to use. The Lanai is buffeted by the large trees and has a propane barbeque for the local fresh daily fish after your day’s adventures are done. If you don’t want to cook, there are many restaurants nearby. Want to take a day away from the beaches and swim in a pool or play tennis? Come and spend part of your day at the Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Club only a 1 minute drive from our home. In the backyard you will find our mango and papaya trees. We can’t guarantee they will have fruit when you visit, but if they do - help yourself. Our mango’s have a reputation as the best in the neighborhood.

12.42% tax rate, $175 cleaning fee, 5 night minimum
$500 refundable security deposit is required within 5 days of reservation.
Full rent, tax, & cleaning fee are due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations within 60 days, $100 cancellation fee if the unit is re-booked.
If the unit can't be re-booked, you forfit your daily rate, but your reservation/
security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded.
