Enjoy the breathtaking ocean views, swim in the large pools and experience the sunset every night from your living room or balcony of your luxury condominium. This unit is on the 2nd floor above the breezeway and has one more room than most of the 3 bedroom units.
The complex is architecturally designed and newly constructed in 2006. It is gated and manned with 24 hour security. The condo is fully equipped with fresh bedding, linens and towels etc. There is one King size bed and two Queen size beds in the 3 bedrooms.
Jaco is an exciting village full of life all hours of the day and night. There are souvenir and gift shops, local clothing and artisan shops, close to 100 restaurants as well as bars, casinos and several discotheques for late night dancing. Divers enjoy the reefs and exotic fish. Besides surfing and swimming you can horseback ride in the mountains to a private waterfall and mud spa, go on a canopy tour or visit a butterfly farm. The area boasts of some of the best deep sea fishing in the world, with record breaking catches of marlin, tuna and sailfish. There are real estate services, supermarkets, internet cafes and pharmacies. Other professional services include doctors, dentists and lawyers. The town is located between two of Costa Rica's most famous National Parks, Manuel Antonio and Carara. It is minutes from the premier resort of Los Suenos, with a first class marina, Marriot Hotel and La Iguana golf course. There is certainly no shortage of things to do in and around Jaco.
