This condo is beautiful and comfortable at a great location. With two bedrooms with their own baths, it was perfect for our family. I hope to return.

Great getaway spot near the Gulf Islands National Seashore!

This condo was in excellent condition. Everything was well-stocked and beautifully decorated. For parents of toddlers, there is a pack-n-play and a baby gate. It was in a great location, on the bay side, a block away from Peg Leg Pete's and a convenience store and a mile to the entrance of the Fort Pickens section of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. If you're planning a bicycle trip, the distance to the actual fort is more like 11 miles, so plan ahead. It was in a more quiet, less touristy area of Santa Rosa Island, which was ideal for us. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

My compliments to the hosts. This was an experience we won't forget as the place was very warn and comfortable. Pensacola Beach is now one of our favorites and will tell people about it in the future. Thank you for the wonderful Condo, it has everything anyone could want or need for their stay. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We certainly enjoyed our time here and hope to return. We felt like we were right at home. This is certainly the best location as far as we are concerned. We couldn't get enough of walking the beach and viewing the sites. The Grand Marlin was our favorite hang out and all the people we met made our stay more enjoyable. Thanks again. P.S. We really did not want to leave------ever.

Sal and John, Thank you for a wonderful week. The weather, food, drink and company were perfect. Sally, as your brother, I want to say you and John are perfect hostess and host. You made us feel family, (which we are) but it was great. John, your Margaritas are terrific. However, we loved Margaritaville's food and drink. We understand why you want to come so often. We'd love to come back. The condo is decorated beautifully. You are lucky to have such considerate guests that take care of your home away from home.

Wow! What a perfect place to hang our hats here in P. B. Will be calling to reserve again whenever we're blessed enough to vacation here again. John and Sally were a delight to work with and we were stunned at the amenities. Its a bit of paradise we don't often get to see and what a perfect choice we made staying here! How lucky are we to have such an awesome time here with our family. From the white powder sand beaches to the pool we used every day. We will have wonderful memories of our first time at Pensacola Beach. The food at Peg Legs and the Grand Marlin being our favorite. Our son is a pirate at heart. so he loved Peg Legs. The Condo has all the extras needed for a perfect vacation and we will be back very soon.

Your house is absolutely beautiful! My husband and I stayed here for our one year anniversary and hope to stay again in the future. Sadly, the weather was not great. It was cold and rainy, so we did not have a lot of time to spend on the gorgeous beach. However, the food was amazing and we enjoyed hanging out at the condo. Peg Leg Pete's was our favorite place to eat. We also liked Flounders. Hope to stay again soon.

Great Condo! Bob and I have rented several places in the U.S. and this is among the best. It is well equipped and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Thanks for having available to us. P.S. Best restaurant we went to is the Global Grill in Pensacola and also the Dharma Blue.

My family stayed here over a weekend in January and the condo was perfect. It looks just like the pictures, very nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. The owner was very quick in responding to my inquiry and gave us a great deal. I would definitely stay here again.
