Large summer house on quiet lane located on Sakonnet Point. With big front yard and secluded backyard with 40' X 20' pool and poolhouse. Large covered front porch and enclosed sun porch, dining room, living room and family room. Beautiful walk to beach along Round Pond Road. Short walk to Stone House Inn and Spa, Sakonnet Yacht Club and Sakonnet Golf Club.
There are 5 bedrooms upstairs, 4 with twin beds, 1 with full bed and 1 twin bed in downstairs family room. 2 full baths upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. Poolhouse, with changing room, bathroom and outdoor shower. Plus small refrigerator and sink for entertaining.
The house is available each summer from the beginning of Saturday, May 21th through the end of October. Please note there is a two week minimum.

We just finished a glorious week at this wonderful property with our four young children and it was perfect! The house is very clean and comfortable, the yard is great for kids to play and the pool is spectacular! The nearby beaches (10 minute walk) are lovely and we were often the only ones on it. The neighborhood is very peaceful, with friendly neighbors. We highly recommend this property to anyone and can't wait to return next year!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
