  We have rented this condo for the month of July for the past 3 years and have it booked again this July. Our party is 5 kids and 2 adults. We have had my parents in for a week and every year we let our teens fly a friend in for one week. There is always plenty of sleeping space. The condo is very well equipped (having beach towels for everyone is a major plus for me when you are packing 7 people for the month!) Area is quiet and safe. Grocery, restaurants, and entertainment near by. Grill is awesome. Complex is nice. We've been renting for a month in the area for 10 years now, and this is the 1st time we've rented from the same person more than 2xs. Ellen is a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to our July on Belleair Beach! This year we are even going to bring our 2 dogs along!

  This condo was an amazing place to stay! It suited our family of 5 perfectly and I would highly recommend it to anyone! It is well appointed with all the necessary items and conveniences that any family would need, and then some. It was very clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck early in the morning as the sun rose and drink coffee while we watched for dophins to swim by (and yes, we saw them every day). It was just a few steps to the beach, and the best part was most days it seemed we had the beach pretty much to ourselves. The shelling on the beach is fantastic! It is just a short drive to many other tourist activities including shopping at St. John's Pass Boardwalk, Clearwater, and our personal favorite of the week...the Clearwater Marine Aquarium to see Winter the dolphin from "Dolphin Tale". If you have children, the aquarium is a MUST SEE. Ellen was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I can't wait until we can begin planning our next trip down...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  The condo is very beautiful and clean. There is alot of room. We loved the two separate living areas so the kids could have their own place to hang out and watch tv. Highly recommended.

  This beautiful condo is truly a home away from home. Everything in the condo is first class. When you enter through the front door you are greeted by a large open plan living and dining room, (complete with a T.V.), and the compact and very well equiped kitchen to the left. Hidden behind a cupboard is the washer and dryer (invaluable with children!!). Straight ahead is a really pretty room with a large sofabed. Down the hall is the second bedroom, with great beach decor and twin beds. Opposite this room is the shower room, which is large and bright. The master bedroom (at the back of the house) which overlooks the pool , has a massive bed and a flat screen T.V. Located just outside the master bedroom door is a lovely family room equiped with not only another T.V. but an ice machine, small fridge, counter and stools!! Off this room is the main bathroom. The view of the ocean from this room is truly breathtaking. (We stayed for both the calm and the stormy weather (not sure which was better!!)). The decor is elegant and modern with a fantastic beach theme. Almost every room has a door that leads to the fantastic wraparound deck ensuring no sandy footprints into the home. On the deck is a gas BBQ, a wooden swing and table & chairs. My family and I travelled fome Ireland to this gorgeous location on the Gulf Coast. Belleair is truly beautiful, the beach is white and fluffy and situated a mere stones throw from the condo. Clearwater is a short (1.5 mile stroll) down the road with St Pete's Beach not that far either. A car is a good idea as this is a quiet residential area, but not totally necessary as the bus runs right outside. When you book this great home go there first before you shop for groceries as there was a lot of toiletries etc in the cupboards. There is an abundance of beach towels, chairs, sheets, towels, beach toys and an sun umbrella!!! This house is truly one of the nicest places we have ever stayed (we live on a small wet island (that we love) so i can safely say we have stayed on most of the continents, from cottages to five stars hotels, (we travel 3/4 times per year))................ We can't wait to return. Thanks to Ellen for all her help along the way. We would have no hesitation in reccomending this superb property.
