During our numerous visits to Myrtle Beach over the years, we always looked for amenities in our rental that were similar to what we have at home. Not finding the perfect property, we began searching for the ideal vacation condo to purchase.
Finding the Horizon at 77th resort, located in central Myrtle Beach, with the upscale furnishings and unobstructed views of the beautiful ocean seemed to be too good to be true. The beach front directly next to a residential area affords a relaxing haven in peak time and lots of ideal walking and shell finding opportunities anytime was a dream come true.

We began our search for the perfect beach property, upon learning of this prospective property we did a thorough review of the area and the property amenities. The location is central Myrtle Beach, easily accessible to all areas including North and South Myrtle Beach, close to all theaters, shopping and great restaurants. But most importantly, this property is located directly beside the prestigious Dunes area of Myrtle Beach, offering a less populated and quieter beach experience during peak season.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This well appointed luxury unit is very comfortable. Our goal is to please the renter as we know how important vacations are to families. The unit will be professionally cleaned and a complete set of fresh linens will be placed in the unit prior to your arrival. Please bring your beach towels! You can visit the raised outdoor water recreation area with pool and lazy river, the indoor pool, take a walk on the beach or along the sidewalks of Ocean Boulevard to see the areas beautiful homes, restaurants, and attractions. The building provides four levels of covered parking that prevents you from carrying your luggage across the street as you do in some other places. It's also elevator equipped and the corridors are well lit and climate controlled.

My husband and I work full time, however we look forward to slipping away to Myrtle Beach every chance we get. There are endless golf courses that he thoroughly enjoys and I just enjoy the quiet time on the beach reading. Our evenings are often spent at one of the many wonderful restaurants or shopping venues. Myrtle Beach has something to offer everyone in the family!

My family had a great time during our recent visit to Myrtle Beach. The condo was just as described and VERY clean. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen that we've ever seen. Stocked with everything needed for a meal. View was gorgeous even though the Horizon isn't directly on the beach. This is a great location because it's far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but an easy drive to all the attractions. We found the owner's of the unit to be very easy to work with and timely in all communications. We would highly recommend this unit to others! A truly great vacation for our family!

Extremely clean, nicely appointed and perfect ocean view. We were looking for a place with easy access to Myrtle and North Myrtle golf courses, and this is it. Collectors Cafe is walking distance and has excellent food. We'll return to both the condo and restaurant. The condo owners are very responsive, easy to work with and highly professional. You can't go wrong with this unit.

We have been so happy with our choice of this unit for our month of March stay. We found this unit to be extremely well kept, decorated, organized, and neat. We especially enjoyed the view which would rival any oceanfront unit. The description and pictures of the unit before we signed on were clear, honest, and informative. We would certainly recommend this unit to our friends and family and we are already looking forward to returning next March.

Our stay at this unit was wonderful. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with all the cookware you could need. The unit was extremely clean and well kept. We hope to stay here again next year. The owners were very helpful in working out the details to have multiple cars and a motorcycle.

OUR FAMILY ENJOYED A WEEK IN THIS BEAUTIFUL CONDO THE FIRST WEEK IN AUGUST. WE FOUND THE UNIT TO BE VERY CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE. THE CONVENIENCE TO THE BEACH WAS GREAT - JUST A SHORT WALK AWAY. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPPED WITH GADGETS AND TOP APPLIANCES. THE PICTURES OF THE UNIT ARE VERY REALISTIC. ALSO, THE OWNERS WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND WE WERE ALL WELL PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE HERE. WE WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN!!

This is a wonderful unit -- quiet and close to a nice beach! My husband and I went for "one last beach getaway" and were not disappointed. The owners were easy to work with and everything was as lovely as the pictures indicate. The condo is in a very nice part of Myrtle Beach and close to many attractions!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at your condo. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for many years and have stayed in the same area. We love this area because it is so family friendly and has easy access to all the activities and restaurants we enjoy. This was our first visit to Horizons at 77th and we found it to be very clean and well maintained with all the amenities of home. The photos on the web site are very descriptive of the property. Working with the owners was very easy and pleasurable. They encouraged us to contact them if there were any issues or concerns prior to or during our vacation. We are looking foward to our next visit to Myrtle Beach. We would like to thank the owners for opening up thier home away from to us!

My family stayed here July 10 - 17, 2010. We had never visited Myrtle Beach before, so we weren't sure where to stay. We hit the jackpot! The condo was so clean, and well stocked (my 14 year old brought her i-Pod charger ... not necessary as there are two in this unit.) The king bed in the master suite was as comfortable (if not more so) than our bed at home! Thanks for maintaining such a quality place. We will definitely book again in the future!

My family spent a week here for a convention this June and it was extremely worthwhile. We arrived without and found the condo very clean and inviting. Our stay was busy but was centrally located to our convention and parking was a breeze. Important because our "beach time" was limited because of the convention. The sun rises were delightful and the beach was inviting. Only a few steps and you are on the sand, enjoying breaking waves and soft breezes. We were close to our favorite shopping spots and restaurants. On days we chose to stay in for lunch and dinner, the condo was equipped with everything we needed for a full meal. At bedtime, it was a joy to sleep in comfort and wake up fully refreshed. I will book this condo next year for our annual convention. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

My family and I stayed in this condo for a week and had a wonderful time. The location, view and beach access were the first things we looked for in choosing this condo but what made it such a wonderful stay was the condo itself. Sometimes you make exceptions about the look or condition of the place you stay for where it is but this condo was beautifully furnished and had everything a family of four needs. The owners have done a great job with the decor, supplying and stocking all of your needs. The location is so convenient for shopping, restaurants and activities but it is also a couple of streets over from the hustle of the busy streets. I walked every morning in neighborhoods located around the condo complex that were safe and had beautiful homes to look at. I have no hesitation about booking this place again! My family usually goes to Florida but Myrtle Beach has become our new favorite place to go!!
