Here it is! We have a two-bedroom condominium in the 'Villas of Clearwater Beach.' The condo is on the third floor great for family vacations. Easy access to the pool or the beach. This five-story building is elevator equipped. It has a large balcony that overlooks beautiful Clearwater Beach. You can sit on our balcony and keep an eye on the kids playing on the sandy beach or just gaze out to the glistening gulf as the surf rolls in.
We love the beach and bring our family and friends to vacation six times a year. This gives us a chance to enjoy our condos and make sure everything is well cared for.

My wife Wendy and I have vacationed in this unit seven times since Summer 2010 and there's an excellent reason we keep coming back to it, the location is perfect, only a few walking blocks from downtown Clearwater Beach and the fine dining, shopping and peoplewatching to be had there, or simply relaxing on the veranda overlooking the beach, the surf sounds from the water's edge less than 150 feet away, watching on-beach weddings below us on the pristine sand, entertaining friends and having them stay overnight, many have also utilized this unit themselves after being totally satisfied during their stay with us, and are grateful we shared our special place with them. The accommodations are so user-friendly, the view Priceless, and always maintained the way an owner would keep a home, basic supplies are provided and the fully equipped kitchen allows in-unit entertaining when guests wish to dine on-premise. I wish we were there now and the fees are quite reasonable considering the amenities offered, I cannot recommend this location enough, or perhaps I have. The savvy traveler should consider this property, the best I've seen in years ! Try it and you'll be convinced it's truly first class !Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
