It has 6.5 bathrooms, eight bedrooms, a bunk room and sleeps 36 comfortably making it a great home to accommodate large family gatherings, family reunions and social or corporate getaways. The kitchen if fully stocked and is equipped with a sub-zero refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, microwave, double oven and an second refrigerator in the fully equipped laundry room.
The kids will enjoy bunking together in the basement and watching movies in the home theater room with leather recliners. The house sits on one acre in a gated community. Outside there are large decks, dining tables, hot tub and a BBQ. Come sit around the fire pit in the evenings telling stories and making s'mores. There is a 4 car garage and room for boat or RV parking. Take day trips to some of the local attraction (Bryce, Zion, The Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Navajo lake) and many others where you will enjoy hiking, wildlife and photography. We are a family who enjoys hiking in scenic areas. Utah for us is like heaven and a good place to spend good quality family time. Purchasing a vacation home there is one of the best things we have done. My family can now go there and stay in a beautiful home and make day trips to all the local parks and attractions.
Why the Owner Chose Zion National Park
While traveling to Zion my family and I stayed in a home off the VRBO listing in Zion. I have a large family and the home experience was wonderful. We were able to travel to many destinations and come home and relax and cook and the kids could play. We love to hike and find Utah to be extremely amazing. Therefore we bought a home for larger gatherings so people could relax and enjoy the parks experience as we did.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is located 10 minutes outside the East entrance or exit of Zion National Park. From the house there are many attraction within travelling distance. (Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, Zion, Grand Canyon to name a few). The house is large with 8 bedrooms and sleeps 36 comfortably. There is a large kitchen with high end appliances, sub zero and and extra refrigerator, home theatre room with leather recliner chairs and Four car garage on an acre.

Our family of 31 stayed in the home over a 4 day weekend. We had 12 adults and 19 children. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. We found the home to be clean and well kept. Someone checked on us to make sure everything was working fine. We were thrilled with the amenities of the home, from the theater room to the hot tub, giant pantry, bunk room, ATV trails, and fire pit. The availability of the Zion Ponderosa Ranch was a big plus. The kids had a great time there for an entire day. It was very close to Zion's Park. It is not close to any grocery stores or restaurants, but that was not a problem for us. Our family tries to make a trip like this yearly, and we have stayed in some very nice places, but everyone commented that this was one of the best we have stayed at.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
