This beautiful upscale 1 Bedroom condo is in a fabulous location between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. Indian Shores is a wonderful beach community of luxury homes and condominiums. You will enjoy the convenience of walking right across the street to stroll on a fabulous white sandy beach. On the other side of the building is the Intra-Coastal waterway where you can watch the boats go by. The complex is impeccably maintained including the common pool and barbecue area. Barefoot Beach has everything you need to have a spectacular vacation.
The condo is totally updated including a full modern kitchen with granite countertops, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. You will find a full complement of utensils, dishware, glassware, pots and pans. Dining room area seats 4 and has a partial water-view of the intra-coastal waterway. The living room is furnished in modern tropical decor, TV, DVD, CD and sleeper-sofa. The large bedroom includes a nice-sized closet, dressers and an adjoining sitting area. The bathroom has a beautiful extra-large shower with double shower heads, glass doors, and floor to ceiling tile. A common laundry area is available.
Indian Shores has a bike lane along Gulf Blvd as well as the Sun Trolley shuttle that runs up and down the beach. Salt Rock Grill, one of the area's finest restaurants is located right next door. Jet ski, boat or kayak rental is nearby. Grocery and mall shopping is also close.

I just love Indian Shores area. It is a quiet area and yet convenient to the beach and so many other activities that I enjoy: kayaking, jet skiing, boating, biking. I also appreciate the ability to visit the of St. Petersburg and Tampa for entertainment, nightlife, art and culture.
