Year Purchased: 2006
My partner and I own and operate several assisted living facilities in this area. My youngest of two daughters just went off to college so my time is more freed up to focus on additional projects such as this rental property.
Why the Owner Chose Holiday
This location is between where I live and work so problems can be addressed quickly. The house is adjacent to a nature park and an area of the Gulf of Mexico that has lots of islands and natural waterways.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I don't ever stay at the property, however, I'll occasionally take kayaks down to the dock at the property. If you paddle to the left you enter Key Vista Nature Park which is like paddling through a prehistoric preserve! If you paddle to the right you are several minutes from the Gulf! The waters are usually calm and fairly warm and there are dozens of beeches within a short distance.
