  We stayed here 6/24 - 7/1/12. Pro's: - The location is great. Its very short walk to the harbor, shops, restaraunts, park & pool. - The place is charmingly decorated and was clean. Con's: -Does not include pool access which is $60/week. -does not include any beach towels or chairs. so you will either need to bring your own, rent or purchase these items -does not include hair dryer -Owner tried to keep $75 of the deposit $ without providing an explanation other than to say it was excessively dirty. We disagreed and explained that we followed every cleaning/checkout instruction that was given. Owner got hostile and refused to explain despite our very polite and respectful attempts to understand the addl charge. Owner eventually agreed to return the $75, but she was pretty snippy about it.

  Owner response: Josh, Thank for the positive comments on the location,decor and condition of the villa. Your mention of a hair dryer has prompted me to purchase one for the villa and future renters. The pool access and pass during the summer months are explicitly outlined on the VRBO website and I always discuss it via e-mail with potential renters. Linens such as sheets and bath towels are provided and in my correspondence with future renters, I will specify exactly what linens are available. The majority of vacationers on Hilton Head Island, drive and know to bring their own beach equipment. In the end, and in less than thirty days, your full security deposit was returned to stop the he said/she said conversation. After each renter departs, I have both my property manager and my cleaning lady inspect the property for any damage. This is the first time ever, that they both commented on the condition of the villa and the additional time and cost it took to clean it. As you mentioned, our villa was clean when you arrived and we strive very hard to keep it clean and well maintained for future renters. I do hope you enjoyed your stay on Hilton Head Island. Debbie

  We've rented this condo in Hilton Head for 3 years in a row and every year has been even better than the last!!! The pictures online are exactly what you get - elegance and comfort in terms of the furniture - very spacious and well decorated. The owners are incredibly kind - extremely helpful and so wonderful (and easy) to work with....They're flexible (if they can they will accomodate you if you're early or late) and the condo is incredibly clean and very well located (right in Harbour Town (marina) - with a gorgeous view from the patio)! Each year when we arrive we notice that some part of the condo has been upgraded (even though it doesn't need a thing done!) - whether it be a new bathroom, new refridge, new outdoor furniture - they don't miss a thing....Just wanted to thank y'all for allowing us to rent your phenomenal condo once again - can't wait till next year!!!!

  I recently stayed at this condo with five friends and it definitely exceeded our already-high expectations. No matter what kind of vacationer you are - beach bum, sports nut, foodie - this condo is for you! The condo has a great location on the Harbor, allowing you to walk just a few steps to the great restaurants and shops in Harbour Town. It's also across the street from the pool and tennis courts, a short walk to the Sea Pines trolley, and a quick bike ride to the beach. The condo itself is in great condition - everything is newly upgraded and it has anything you could ever want. I love to have a full washer/dryer in case the beach follows you home - and this place has it! I've been here twice now and I can't wait to go back!

  Our stay in your villa was perfect. The family room is very comfortable for a family or a group, something I always look for in a rental. Everything we needed was readily available and the location was perfect. Of my more than ten trips to Sea Pines this is by far the best location to take advantage of the Harbour Town activites.

  My husband and I just returned from our stay in this townhouse in spactacular Harbour Town. This property is the most beautiful we have ever stayed in! It is so clean and comfortable which made our stay very memorable. The location is perfect and the view is fantastic. We would highly recommend this property. The owner was always helpful in answering our questions. Our desire is to return for another stay in this property.

  I stayed in this condo for a long weekend and couldn't be more pleased with my choice. I have stayed in similar condos throughout Sea Pines, and this is BY FAR the nicest I've seen. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is the perfect beachy/nautical themed getaway. The location is ideal for walking into Harbor town (just steps away) or biking to the beach. The layout is roomy and makes the condo feel much larger than a 2 bedroom, you could easily sleep 6 upstairs. I particularly enjoyed the back patio that looks out onto the harbor with a nice view of the famous Sea Pines lighthouse. If you are choosing between this condo and others throughout Sea Pines, I would highly reccomend this one, it's charming, well kept and incredibly well located!

  Hey Debbie, We are back in Kentucky in the real world this week! I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your townhouse. It was a great location! We loved it. We loved Harbor Island……riding the bikes and the beach everyday was awesome. Your home is beautiful and was everything we needed. We would sit and listen to the music every night and then walk home. It was such a nice and relaxing week….just what we needed. Thank you once again for working with me on such short notice. We are already planning on returning next year! Have a great week! Jill

  Recently, I was lucky enough to stay at this beautiful home with five other friends. It was absolutely perfect and accommodated all of our needs throughout the week. The home and its furnishings are modern, clean, and comfortable. We utilized the kitchen and all of its supplies daily, as well as the back patio. There was also a BBQ in the back that we were free to use. The location of the condo is excellent. From the patio there are great views and access to the harbor. The pool is across the street and the beach is a wonderful and easy, 10 minute bike ride away. We had a car that we could park right outside the condo. I didn't want to leave at the end of the week, and I would DEFINITELY recommend this condo to others. I can't wait to return next year!

  We recently spent a wonderful week in this exceptional Harbour Town villa! The owner could not have been nicer throughout the entire experience. This was my first time to rent through VRBO, and I am so glad that I chose this beautiful,first-class townhouse villa right in Harbour Town! The location was perfect for us,and the view was fabulous. My husband and I spent many hours on the raised patio watching the boat traffic in the harbor.The layout of the Ketch Court villa was perfect for my husband,me,our teenage daughter,and her friend.The girls had great full-sized beds and their own bathroom. The master bedroom was so lovely,and the bed was extremely comfortable.The first floor consisted of a kitchen that had every amenity imaginable for a vacation-including a full-size front loading washer and dryer! Also on the first floor were the half bath and dining/living area.The floors in those rooms were a beautiful,cool dark wood.Speaking of cool-the AC worked great during that hot 3rd week in June!The furnishings were wonderful-so nautical and comfy! The living room led to the patio with the extraordinary views.I really do think that this condo is much more upscale than the ones you could rent directly from Sea Pines. I would not hesitate to rent it again.Thanks,again,Debbie,for a perfect Hilton Head experience for my family!

  All we can say is WOW! Actually, we can say a lot more about this absolutely fantastic home away from home! A friend recommended this beautiful townhouse to us and now we can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Hilton Head. From the minute you walk in the door, you immediately smile and begin to relax. The charming and extremely comfortable furnishings are perfect! Anything you could need is right at your fingertips. The owner provides plenty of tips and helpful information to make your stay memorable (restaurant recommendations, sightseeing tips - you name it!) The beds and towels are super plush and luxurious - you'll feel like royalty. Step off the patio and you are right in the heart of Harbor Town! We give this beautiful townhouse an A++.

  This place is a little piece of Heaven! It has everything we could ever ask for…the townhouse itself is filled with every amenity, and the location is just gorgeous. Imagine waking up in a most comfortable bed in the cool, climate controlled house, then making coffee in the brand new and immaculate kitchen, having a cup while you watch the flat screen TV or outside on the patio with a great view of the harbor, as you leisurely decide whether to spend the day golfing, swimming, kayaking with dolphins, para-sailing, horseback riding, alligator wrestling, biking, lounging, drinking, eating…whatever your pleasure! In fact, I think we did it all. Except the alligator wrestling, we were advised against that one. And it was all within walking or biking distance from the townhouse. Truthfully, I would have been happy camping out on the patio, the location is so perfect. But combining that location with the comfort of home the townhouse provides is about the best vacation I could imagine. Had a great time and can’t wait to go back next year!

  I stayed at the condo with three other friends and had a fantastic time. The condo was spotless when we arrived, and everything we could possibly need for the week was there--it felt like we were right at home. The decor was beautiful, and the couches and beds were incredibly comfortable (I slept great the entire time). The kitchen was great for preparing meals, and while I don't know how to cook a steak to save my life, if I did, I would have made good use of the outdoor grill and patio. The location of the condo is great, with the marina in the backyard and a minute walk away from the shops, restaurants and outdoor bars. We rode our bikes to the beach which was a nice 10 minute ride away, and also spent some time at the large pool which is a 30 second walk from the condo. We saw lots of wildlife while we were there including alligators, turtles, pelicans, and dolphins. We went on a 2 hour ocean kayak tour which was wonderful, dolphins were literally next to our kayaks and the guide was very knowledgeable about the area. We also rode our bikes to the Salty Dog in South Beach, which took about 35 minutes, and was a great way to see the island. At night, we often sat at the nearest outdoor cafe/bar listening to really good live music (and the singer does take requests which was fun, especially after a few mango mojitos). I would absolutely recommend this townhouse to anyone and everyone. It is a wonderful place to get away for a relaxing vacation, and I've already spoken to my family about planning our next vacation there. If I could, I would go back to stay at the condo next week. And the week after. This is a great choice for your next vacation!

  All was wonderful. I do not think there was anything more we could ask unless you had a cooler full of cold beer waiting and a steak on the grill!! We would like to go ahead and get penciled in for next year's Heritage week, providing they do end up having the tournament. There was a lot of talk about the tournament not finding a sponsor for the future, but I am certain they will. I am also trying to talk my wife into going down there for some time in the fall perhaps for a few days. It is such a nice area you guys are in. Very convenient to everything. Great Villa!
