The Master Bedroom is on the main floor with a king size bed and private full bath. Main level also has fully appointed kitchen, formal and casual dining, living room with gas fireplace, flat screen TV and additional 1/2 bath. Walk out from the main level to huge deck with gas grill and gorgeous view of Lake Michigan sunsets.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and full bath.
Game room offers a large TV and professional Brunswick pool table. It also offers space for comfortable sleeping on one queen size inflatable mattress and additional full bath with shower.

We just returned from a week long stay at this wonderful home. It was perfectly located withing short distances from both Holland and Grand Haven, both cute little towns with lighthouses and shopping. The home was clean and very spacious with an AMAZING view of the beach and Lake Michigan!!!!! We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay here. The giant windows allow for viewing the lake from nearly every point in the home. Both large decks were wonderful for relaxing. The private beach area was clean and perfect for the kids to play and enjoy time in the sand. We loved every part of this awesome trip and would return here every year!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We were just at the house earlier this month for the second year in a row, and it was perfect for our family of 2 small children, 2 grandmothers, and a few grownups in between. The house is beautiful--spacious, bright, and comfortable--and immaculate. The main living space can't be beat. Open, airy, lots of light, and incredible views. There are two decks, one closer to the house for grilling and eating, and another one perched out over the water (that's where we were every night). The beach is gorgeous--clean and secluded--and you can walk out quite a bit before it gets deep. It's also a great spot for sunset and after--there's a community fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Note that it's a number of steps down to the beach. Easy for our 3 year old, but a little tougher for the grandmothers. It's a perfect spot if you're looking for quiet relaxation, which we were, but it isn't within walking distance to anything but the beach. That was never an issue for us. Enjoy this great house!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

Saturday 4:00 PM check-in to the following Saturday 10:00 AM check-out. Security Deposit $500, Cleaning fee $125 Unpaid balance + Deposit + cleaning fee due 30 days before arrival
