  Thank you very much Rene' for the use of your perfect summer home. This unit had everything needed to make for a great vacation. Supplies in the condo were more than expected. The two view (sunrise and sunset) from the corner deck were great. Nice having sun on the deck in the late afternoon. The two pools and hot tubs and ground were clean and well kept along with the gated parking and security patro. The owner was more than helpful during our rental process. Thanks again Rene' we look forward to a return visit. Brian and Lynda....Maple, Ont.

  Thanks for an Easy Rental Process. The Condo was more than we needed so there was plenty of room. The Beds were comfortable, and the views were great. The Condo was Spotless, and didn't show much of its age, it was well maintained. The Condo Itself was Perfect! During our stay, there was construction going on, on the roof, that limited parking, and loud Construction equipment at random times of the day. If was off season, so I didn't expect every thing to be perfect. We would stay here again.

  Owner response: A clean unit with nice furnishings is very important to us. This is our home away from home and we like our guests to feel the same way. As with any home, the owner must replace things as they wear out. Our condo association is doing just that. They are replacing the heating units on the roof and it took longer than expected. Fortunately, the work did not block the wonderful ocean views.

  I would like to thank you again for allowing us to stay in your family's condo. It was everything we were hoping for and so much more! I loved the fact that first and foremost it was extremely clean and had exactly what we would need for our stay. Together we have 6 children and the space in the condo was perfect! My personal favorite part of the condo was the wrap around balcony. It provides a beautiful view of the ocean and is so peaceful! I would recommend to people wanting to travel to the area to consider Surfside Beach as opposed to Myrtle Beach. It is so peaceful and quiet but only minutes away from various attractions! I am hoping to be able to come back next year and revisit the area. I will definitely contact you to request the use of your condo! It was truly a perfect week for all 8 of us! Thank you just isn't enough for all our memories!

  This condo was exactly what we wanted for a family vacation and recommend it 100% without reservation. We had a such a great time that we plan to rent it again next year. The condo itself is large, clean, beautifully decorated, has everything you could possibly need, and is in a perfect location. It has a security guard, a gated parking area, two pools and jacuzzis, and is right on the beach. There are many activities near to keep a family busy for weeks or if you just want to relax in the condo, the view from the balcony is tremendous. You can see up and down both sides of the beach for miles and feel the cool breeze from the ocean. We will never forget this vacation because it is such a beautiful place and gave our family the perfect place to spend quality time with each other and to make memories that will last forever. We feel very lucky to have found this place to rent!!!

  Owner response: The location is the main reason we bought this condo! The corner unit provides fabulous views and a spacious unit. We like the fact that we are near the activity of Myrtle Beach, but away from all the crowds.

  hRene worked with me every step of the way in renting her condo for me and my family. We came from Knoxville and Memphis and were tired from the long drive but as soon as we walked in and saw this beautifun ,clean and spacious Condo with the large Balcony and excellent ocean view we were excited to be here! I loved the kitchen it had everything and I cooked every day in it!!! The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the linens and towels were an added plus along with the bunk beds for my grandkids! The teenage girls loved the pool and the short walk to the beach and piers! We ate at Drunken Jacks and Divine FishHouse delish! Bennetts seafood earlybird buffet in North Myrtle beach was awesome too. I loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom too. I would definetly rent again for a family of 6!

  Our family recently stayed at your condo and it was a wonderful experience. We agree with everything that has been stated in the above reviews. The condo was spacious, very clean, well decorated, and had everything that we needed. Loved the corner unit with the large balcony. It was so nice and convenient to have the linens and cleaning fees included in the overall rental price. The owners were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Great location away from the busyness of the Myrtle Beach area but close enough to go to attractions. We have been to the Myrtle Beach area many times and have stayed in Garden City, Surfside, Myrtle Beach, and Cherry Grove. This condo is by far our favorite place that we have stayed and would love to rent it again in the future!!

  I have rented condos in this area at least twice a year for the past 30 years. This is by far the nicest condo I have rented. It has everything!! The owner is just as nice as can be and went out of her way to work with me. The condo is beautifully furnished with lots of "extra" touches. I would highly recommend this unit.

  Dear Rene' and Larry Just wanted to thank you for renting us your Condo. A few years ago we had rented one further down the beach. It was horrible! Very,very sparsly furnished. We had to bring our own linens and should have brought our own silverware also.They only supplied a couple of forks,spoons,etc. Not even a bath mat in the bathroom. Your Condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated and made us feel like we were in our own home. You supplied everything! Even a blender,baking pans,iron and ironing board. Just everything we needed. Also the large wrap around balcony and all of the windows gave us a spectacular and unobstructed view of the ocean and the beautifull beach. The locaion in a quiet area is perfect with easy access to all amenities. Thanks again for our wonderfull vacation We shall book again next year. Carol and Bill T.
