Enjoy your get-away weekend or extended vacation in a lovely private home located just minutes from Winter Park. Walk just past the end of the driveway and catch the free shuttle to the base of Winter Park! Take advantage of the 5 ft high fenced yard, the biggest deck we have seen in the area and gorgeous views of the divide.
The upstairs master has a king sized Tempurpedic™ bed that can be split apart into two twins. Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, one with a small kitchenette. Two rooms have queen beds and one has twin bunk beds. If needed, the living room sofa turns into a queen sleeper. All beds have down and down alternative comforters. All but the bunk bed room have LCD TVs with cable.
This home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with hickory cabinets and stainless steel appliances, a huge stone fireplace in the living room, an outdoor grill, basement with full size washer/dryer, and tons of storage. We use this house as our home away from home and we know you'll love it as much as we do. We've stocked it with everything we or our friends need, including a Pack 'n Play and a Fisher Price Aquarium High Chair, tons of movies and blurays, PS3 and Wii games, and board games for all ages. Our next door neighbor is a professional masseuse should you want to indulge in a massage after a long day of skiing.

With the Club House pass you will have access to 4 tennis courts, indoor basketball and racquetball, an outdoor heated pool (open year round), 2 outdoor hot tubs, a steam sauna, a complete weight room with treadmills, bikes and stair machines and an additional full laundry, should you need it.
Depending on the season, you can spend your days hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing or biking the local trails, fishing at the local rivers and streams, drive 7 minutes and enjoy the Winter Park ski & mountain bike resort with all of its amenities, or head in the other direction to explore Devils Thumb, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. The home is very easy to get to and close to everything, but sits on .7 acres and is well away from highway and train noise.
Dog Friendly:
Did we mention this property is dog friendly? A maximum of 3 well-behaved dogs are welcome onto the premises although not on the furniture.
- Check in at or after 4 pm and checkout is at 11 am. Late check out may be available and we recommend it if you plan on taking advantage of a full day of skiing.
- Maximum of 10 tenants.
