What an awesome place! Clean and well maintained. We have two young children and they loved the double queen size bunk beds. I think the place probably sleeps at least 12 - there are a ton of rooms! We also have a dog and what a great set-up if you have a pet! Also, the bus to ski at Winter Park picks up right out in front, so super convenient if you don't want to drive. We would recommend this house to anyone with kids or pets!

We came from Atlanta, Napa Valley, Portland and Fort Collins and enjoyed a week of frosty fun in Winter park. The home was great for the family and my daughter's dog, Alister. Alister loved the dog door and access to chasing balls in the snow. Winter Park met all our skiing/boarding needs and the fresh show gave us some powder to work through. We watched a "Star Wars" episode every night and gathered around the table for games and wonderful meals. We would definitely come again in the future!
Owner response:We're so glad you had a great time up at our house! We'd love to have you back again in the future. Thanks again for choosing to book with us!

Just what we needed to unwind from the hussle and bussle of our chaotic lives. This was our second visit to this mountain house all the way from Washington DC. This summer visit was extraordinary and so much more than I expected. The serene views and cool mountain air were refreshing. The house is setup so well with thoughtful touches and it has such a comfortable home feeling, you just lose track of what day it is and hope the vacation never ends. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to any and all. And it's a perfect setup if you have dogs. I think they enjoyed the vacation almost as much as the humans did :-).

Just what the doctor ordered. It was great to get out of the Texas heat with my dogs. Augustus and Maggie Mae. I usually take at least one trip during the summer to get a break from the heat. Poor old Gus and Maggie usually have to stay at home and deal with the heat. This time, they got to go as well. Our favorite "room" was the balcony deck with the fresh air and mountains in view. What a pleasure it was to sit out on the balcony with a glass of wine with a steak cooking on the grill. "We" hope to make this trip again as the house had everything and more than we could have hoped for. Eric and Mimi, thanks again for opening up your home to me and my dogs.
Owner response:We're glad you enjoyed your stay away from the Texas summer heat! If you get a chance to come back to Colorado for another getaway we hop you touch base with us. We give all of our repeat guests great discounts. Thanks Jimmy!

This is our 8 yr grand child, we all had a great time… Dear homeowners, we love your home. We watched a few movies. The one named Eight Below was our favorite one. Are the Huskys yours? We all went hiking with our dogs named Emma, a brown mutt, Andy, a white poodle, and Amisce another black poodle. The poodles aren’t ours. When we went hiking it rained on us. Love your friend, Elie P.S I love the picture of the husky.

Thank you for letting us stay in your mountain home. We fished, hiked, shopped and went down the Alpine Slide! Our dogs felt at home and loved sticking their noses between the logs on the deck. The front yard made for memorable touch football games as well. Great vacation!

My family (including 2 dogs, sometimes 3 adult daughters and friends, my husband and myself) stayed five weeks this winter/spring as a retirement experiment. We worked from the partner desk set-up with full internet access. We skied the marvelous terrain, dined at almost all of the restaurants nearby and hiked the mountains as well. The ski bus stopped at the end of the driveway! The dogs could stay out all day in the fenced yard. It was heaven. The home was well set-up with games, hundreds of movies, surround sound, t.v. in every bedroom. Truly a techno plus! The living area was warm & cozy, the kitchen had all the necessaries and the garage kept our car and our guest's out of the snow storms. The owners were most helpful with the few questions we had. We will be back!
Owner response:We're glad you enjoyed your stay! We worked to setup the house with everything we would need to be able to both work remote and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Thank you for the kind review and we look forward to a return visit from you and your family!

My wife and I stayed at the house with our dog for a long weekend in May, 2010. The house has all you need and more. It is in a perfect location and only minutes away from Winter Park. It is also conveniently located near Safeway (grocery store) and several restaurants in Fraser. We are looking forward to coming back during ski season this winter.
Owner response:We're happy you enjoyed your stay! We're looking forward to hearing from you in the ski season. Have a great summer :-)
