This single-level cottage, which has all of the comforts and amenities of home, will accommodate up to seven guests, perfect for families or couples. There are three bedrooms, including two queens and a bunk room with space for 3. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled, and heat has been added throughout the cottage.
Have your coffee on the large deck or in the spacious screened-in porch, both which offer jaw-dropping panoramic views to the south and west. Then walk down to your own beach featuring 100 feet of private property.
Excellent shopping and dining are just a short drive away in downtown Holland or Saugatuck where you'll find farmers markets, boutique-style shopping, galleries, antiques, cafes, ice cream shops, bookstores, and excellent restaurants.

We have been told by friends that this is the most beautiful piece of real estate in western Michigan, and we agree. My father bought this cottage because of the spectacular view, and to have a magnificently beautiful place where the kids could gather.

Swimming, sailing, enjoying great times on the deck, long walks on the beach. Playing tennis, bird watching, biking, water skiing. Unbelievable sunsets, unforgettable memories.
Owner's Map of Holland
Our family is from Grand Rapids, Michigan. We bought this cottage in 1994, as a place to spend our summer weekends. Although some of the children have left Grand Rapids, we all meet at the cottage every summer for a lovely family reunion.
