When the adjacent property to our present home became available for sale; we decided to purchase it to use for friends visiting. It also has a beautiful lakefront view.

The house is wonderfully decorated and has a terrific layout for relaxing at pool side or being inside looking out over the pool through large glass sliding doors. Terrific location! Close to the beaches and only a short bicycle ride to the heart of Old Naples with the shops and restaurants. (Bikes provided for by landlorad). Picturesque setting for evening sunsets over the lake looking west. This home had all of the amenities that we had hoped to find in a beautiful part of Florida!"

We have been several times to Naples - but this time we found the perfect location! The house and pool are just great and in a very good condition. The view over the lake is magnificant. The house is very close to many restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find everything you want for your vacation and even more. We really can recommend this villa. Shelly and Fred are very very nice and were very helpful. Thank you again for helping us so much! We love to come back as soon as possible.

A fantastic home from home with everything you could possibly desire for your stay plus a lake view which offers sunsets you will never forget. We are a family of five and we made good use of the pool and bikes, spending a lot of time on the beautiful Park Shore beach and fishing in Devil's lake. Even watching the wildlife around the house is tremendous - otters, muscovy ducks, pelicans, bats. Park Shore is a quiet and friendly residential area where people smile and welcome you. You really could not want for more. Publix, Walgreens, and numerous other everyday shops are within easy walking distance - just around the corner. Then there is the temptation of the upmarket shops at Waterside and the lovely boutiques at the Venetian Village. All within a few minutes. Plus the Philharmonic Concert Hall and the Naples Museum of Art. Shelly and Fred went over and above to make our stay truly comfortable and relaxing. Their property is immaculate and extremely well maintained with a new kitchen, new bathroom and pool shower added within the last year. We hope to be back soon.

This is our second year visiting Shelly and Freds wonderful park shore villa and again we had an unforgetable time The villa looks fabulous with new kitchen and upgraded guest bedroom with own on-suite and now has access to pool area.Villa is immaculately clean and well presented Shelly and Fred are a delightful couple who make you feel at home and make your stay so enjoyable.Our friend joined us from California for 1 week and just loved the villa, the view from pool area, the beaches and being able to walk to local shops and The Waterfront Mall with all the designer shops and wonderful restaurants.Naples is a fantastic place to go we just love it is suitable for families of all ages the pool is brilliant with the option of the beautiful beach only 5 minutes away there are so many eating places from 5th Avenue to Park Shore area you are spoilt for choice our favourites are Cafe Lurcat and Ridgeways and this time found staff at Bricktops (watefront Mall restaurant ) so friendly excellent food and service we sat at the bar and ate most times great for people watching !!' we just love the area and Villa and will be back to Shelly and Freds villa without hesitation next year Definately Recommended

A lovely home in a great location with a beautiful west facing view to boot! The house is spacious and well appointed and in first class condition. The owners have thought of every detail to insure their tenants have a perfect stay.They even provided toys and baby gear during our grandchildren's visit. We've rented in Naples for the last 3 years and this was our best stay yet. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and we are looking forward to our visit next year - only longer!

This was our second stay at Shelly's and Fred's lovely Park Shore home. I cannot say enough great things about the location. Their lovely pool home overlooks a lake, and is within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, shops and even the beach. The house itself has been updated since our stay last year. A welcoming new kitchen, a brand new full bath, and an upgrade to an existing bath make the home even more accessible than before. Although the best part of this house is the gorgeous pool area with the western exposure and lake view. We couldn't tear ourselves away at night! The house is spotless, with upscale furnishings. The kitchen has anything you may need for cooking (although we spent every night hitting all the awesome Naples restaurants :-) We made a lot of use of the bikes provided, spending lots of time exploring the area. We ended up walking out to dinner most nights. There are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's also nice that a supermarket, pharmacy, etc. are literally a block away. Park Shore is a safe, friendly neighborhood. I highly recommend this property. We've been there twice and would re-book in a heartbeat. Feel free to contact us with questions!

Just returned from my trip and I cannot say enough how much my family and I enjoyed this trip. Shelly and Fred went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to accommodate my family and they made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I traveled with my wife, son (6) and daughter (2). Shelly went out of her way to secure a crib and high chair for my daughter. Without exception, the best experience with a VRBO owner. Now the house, let me say....spectacular! Shelly and Fred's touches are exceptional and the house was immaculately clean. Their remodel of the kitchen exceeded our expectations. So well done and top-of-the-line upgrades! The house layout was perfect. All one level and very spacious. The lake view was remarkable and so relaxing. Shelly had the pool heated for us and we all had a blast! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the mall (Waterside Mall which is the outdoor upscale mall) and the beach was within walking distance as well. In addition, bikes were made available to us. There were so many restaurants around the home and Fred recommended some excellent places. We visit Naples a couple times a year and will be back to stay here. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy all Naples has to offer. Thanks again Shelly and Fred!

We regularly visit Naples and have stayed in Villas in Briarwood and the Moorings previously. This villa is the best we have had the pleasure of staying at. The villa itself was immaculately presented. Location wise there were good restaurants within walking distance just at the end of the street. View over "devils lake" was beautiful and loved watching the birds in tree adjacent. The villa has private beach access and the beachwas very quiet and exclusive compared to that at the Moorings. There were bikes at the villa that made cycling to the beach a breeze. This villa will now be our first choice for future visits.

Words cannot begin to describe this beautiful property. Located very near (within walking distance) great shopping/restaurants at Waterside Shops, The Village at Venetian Bay and only minutes away from Olde Naples and 5th Avenue South. We enjoyed morning walks, gorgeous sunsets and great shelling on Park Shore Beach. This home has everything you need from a well appointed kitchen to a great pool overlooking the lake. Our family really enjoyed our relaxing stay here. I would recommend this property to anyone from couples to families. We will definitely come here again.
