Steps from the notorious steeps of Mt. Crested Butte! Come to ski or ride in the winter and mountain bike, fish, or hike in the summer. This condo is part of the Chateaux complex. It is a five minute walk to the base of the ski area. You can access lift served skiing or mountain biking from here. You can ride out the door and be on a trail in 5 minutes. This condo also offers an on-site year round outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Perfect after a day of playing!
The condo is 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for complete privacy. The master has a queen sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a twin (great for kids!) and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. All of the bathrooms have been renovated and offer granite countertops and tile floors.
The living room/dining room has a pull-out couch and a loveseat, a woodburning fireplace with wood provided, tv, and a dining nook that seats 6. There are also 3 bar stools to sit at the bar area. The kitchen was recently renovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
There is a year round outdoor swimming pool and hot tub on site with separate changing rooms available. The pool area is about a 1 minute walk away.
There are coin operated washers and dryers in the building with easy access to them.
