This is a wonderful corner unit nestled into the mountain side. The corner location opens up the family room to lots of light with beautiful panoramic views of the Divide. Just acquired in August of 2009, the entire unit has been redecorated for 2010 including new carpet, bedding, furniture, art, lighting, small kitchen appliances and home decor. Fully stocked to make any visitor feel at home, the unit has lots of amenities included to make your vacation easy and relaxing. Cuddle up by the wood-burning fireplace or nestle into a soft corner of the full sofas to read a book. After spending the days out on the slopes or hitting the trails, you can soak your muscles in the hot tub down at the clubhouse or take a dip in the full-sized, heated pool. Fully equipped with new fridge, stove and dishwasher, new sofas, and dining table- this unit has everything you need whether you are a large or small group looking to get away. It is so comfortable yet spacious. It even has a designated parking spot to bring the family car. You'll never want to leave Snowmass- especially once you've tucked into this lovely home.

Snowmass is ideal for families, friends and athletes. It is a town that still has the charm and brotherly kindness you don't find in larger cities. I came here 20 years ago and Snowmass laid it's brand upon my heart. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the world!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This unit has phenomenal views of the Divide and Eastern ridge. There is no better unit to watch the sun rise in or just relax as the snow falls off your porch. It is spacious enough to allow everyone to stretch out, but cozy and easy to feel at 'home' in. This condo has excellent proximity to the free shuttle route and is only a 4-5 min walk to the Assay Hill lifts. Whether relaxation or ripping up the runs are in your plans- you can do it all from here!

My hubby and I stayed at this condo with our 12 year old son and 7 year old daughter for 5 days/4 nights in mid-Jan 2012. First of all, Melissa was so awesome to deal with. We have never used VRBO before and she made the whole experience so easy. She was so helpful with answering all of our questions and concerns and even allowed us to have a late check out as our flight was in the afternoon and no other renters were coming in right behind us---super flexible for us!!! Secondly, the condo meet our every need. It was fully stocked with everything we could ask for, very roomy and comfortable, well appointed, beautiful view, provided easy access to skiing, shuttle buses, grocery store, etc. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for other visitors. We would go back in a heart beat and would love to rent from Melissa again!! Thanks!!!

Your condo was the perfect place for a family ski trip. Not only did you make planning the trip easy, you provided for our every need (from shampoo to tin foil) and immediately took care of a problem with the barbecue without pause or question. Your condo was comfortable and ‘homey’, the sunshine poured in each day, and the spectacular views provided for a picture perfect backdrop. Having a shuttle bus right outside our door was incredibly convenient and allowed us each the freedom to go to the ski hills or village whenever we wanted. In fact, shuttle transportation everywhere was easy and the people operating the system were always kind (even offering to locate our family members when we were separated). Our trip to Snowmass was a huge success owing in large measure to your friendliness and warmth, your welcoming home, and the lovely people of Snowmass. We can’t wait until we are able to do it all over again!

It is always a wonderful experience booking our ski vacations with Melissa. Every unit we have rented from her has been beautiful!! Our family loved this unit - the views are amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable and the unit is very spacious.She works very hard to make sure guests have every possible amenity of home at their disposal. We look no further than Melisssa for our annual or twice annual ski vacations to Snowmass.

We stayed in this beautifully furnished condo for the Aspen/Snowmass Jazz Fest 2010 and had a great time. Without a car we had no problems getting around and enjoying ourselves with the areas excellant bus system. I would recommend renting bikes and exploring the miles of trails in the area. Stop at Woodys bar for a beer and a burger along the trail! You can not beat mountain golfing either. The condo itself surpassed our expectations in every way, clean and comfortable, truly a home away from home. (I wish my home had such fantastic views!) I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family. The Jazz Fest was great too!
