Luxurious and exquisite private ski resort home on the Snake River in Keystone Colorado. Owned and designed by locally renowned interior designer. We invite the distinguished traveler and family to visit our 5100 sf, 5 bedroom, 5 bath home located in a quaint area of Keystone, yet only yards from the shuttle stop for the bus that takes you to various locations of the mountain, ski shops, villages, restaurants, all free of charge, so you never have to drive and deal with parking.
The lodge like main level features an amazing open floor plan with heavy timbered beams and a large living room with fireplace, dining, entry, powder room, and kitchen perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. There is also a charming main level Master Bedroom and private bath with fully rocked fireplace as well. Step up to the next level and you will find an open lofted office introducing you to another grand master suite with fireplace and private bath overlooking the Snake River. Up one more level to the top floor takes you to an oversized suite with two lofty queen beds along with a comfortable daybed and trundle, private bath and outdoor deck, large enough to sleep a family of six.
Down the stairs below the main living area is a large rec room with a game table and 54" LCD television flat screen and DVD player. Off this room is a beautiful twin bedroom and another king bedroom with warm tasteful mountain furnishings.
This home is adorned with hand painted oils, perfectly appointed accessories and all beds are layered with 350 + thread count cotton sheets and down duvets tucking you in bed at night. The bathrooms are complete with plush thick white towels.
We require a $2000 deposit, fully refundable upon check-out inspection. Due to the nature of the home, we do not allow pets or smoking in the house. Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
The Summit County area offers some of the best skiing in North America. Our home is located right on the Snake river and 3/4 of a mile from the base of Keystone Mountain. The resorts of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are all between 10-20 minutes drive from the property.

The home is beautifully decorated, the free bus stop is 100 yard from the front door, and the Soda Springs pool/jaquzzi complex which we have a membership to is located just 300 yard from the home.

Our family has lived in Summit County for 20 years and my wife is a professional Interior Designer. The Home was completely remodeled and finished in March of 2009. This winter is the first year the house is on a rental program so everything is brand new. We live only 2 miles from the property so we are close by if you need help with any aspect of your vacation.
