  This home is spectacular, with all the bells and whistels. My family and l had an amazing time congregating in the kitchen and pool side. Movie night was alot of fun! The home and community was nice quite and clean; very close to Disney. We are sure to return in the near future. Thank you!

  Just returned from a weeks stay at Hollywood Hideaway.The property is in a good location close to shops and eating places. The villa is well maintained and very spacious The Lounge areas are very comfortable with plenty of seating areas (we were a party of 11) .Bedrooms are tastefully decorated, beds very comfortable Bed linen is of good quality and spotlessly clean. I would however recomend car hire at this property.

  The house is nice but it just needs some TLC. The carpet is old and has some stains and the walls could use some new paint. It could also use a good deep cleaning. Let's face it, its a rental and that is what it looks like. The cleaning crew probably has 2 or 3 hours to clean it before the next renter arrives...and that how it looks. They tell you that there are no supplies and you must bring with, however some stuff was left from the previous renters. There wasnt much toilet paper and no hand soap, but the 6 colds beers in the fridge were very nice. The fridge had a leak which was known to the management company because they asked us if it was leaking when they stopped over to check on us. We requested and paid for rental of a BBQ grill which was not there when we checked in. We called the management company and she said she would have one dropped off however it took them 2 days to do this. It was also a very small cheap grill. Given the size of the house, they should invest in a grill that would be sufficient to cook for a large group. It wasn't an issue for us because we were only cooking for 5 adults and 2 kids, but if I had a group of 12 or more it would not have been sufficient. We couldnt seem to get the pool and spa heat to work. It was complementary so I didn't call to complain and the weather was fantastic and very warm, however it's something you will want to verify with the management company if this is important to you. The pool depth is 3 ft - 5 ft which was perfect for my 2 young kids. Overall, this is a nice place for a large group. There is a great open floor plan so it doesn't feel crowded. The theater was fun for the kids to watch movies too. The bedrooms are all nice and the beds were comfortable...mine was comfortable and I didn't hear anyone else complain. Lastly, the reservation process went very smooth and the communication with both the owner and the management company was great. I would recommend this rental based on its size and location.

  My family rented Hollywood Hideaway for 10 nights. The house was nothing short of spectacular! It was spotless. The kitchen was stocked to perfection. The decor and comfortable furniture added to the overall homeyness we felt throughout the entire stay. The pool, spa and theater were the icing on the cake. Having rented other vacation properties throughout the country, this is hands down the best vacation rental we've had...BY FAR! Gary was very enjoyable to work with and made the process worry-free. I will recommend this property to all my friends and colleagues. We will most certainly be back.

  I rented 7 villas in Emerald Island in March 2011 as I brought a large group of women on a trip. Hollywood Hideaway is an incredible property. The home is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, clean, just truly one of the best homes we have seen. The kitchen is THE best stocked we have seen.. it was perfect for hosting a large group. The theater room is awesome. Gary was a joy to work with. My only complaint is that the dates we hoped to book for 2012 are already booked! Seriously, there were NO downsides to this home, and I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

  My family of 12 stayed in this fabulous home starting halloween 2010 for 6 nights and everything was perfect! The home was spotless upon arrival and everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was provided. The owners have thought of everything you might need while you are there. I couldn't have found a better home to have spent our Disney vacation in. This home will definitely be the first place I check for my next trip to the Kissimmee area!!

  My Family and I enjoyed our 5 day stay at the "Hollywood Hideaway" vacation home. From the moment we walked in we were blown away. Our entire stay was welcoming. The Wilson's welcomed the stay with a side letter advising that the WIFI was down across the comuunity. That was no problem at all being that we had so many other activities to do... taking the kids on nature trail walks, to the park and just relaxing in the theatre room for a movie night! My family rates the stay a 10+

Low Season = Jan - Feb, Nov - Dec              = $ 245.00 - $265.00 per night

Mid Season  = Mar - Jun , Sep-Oct                 = $ 270.00 - $290.00 per night

High Season = Jul-Aug                                      = $ 300.00 -$330.00 per night

Peak Season = Xmas, Easter, Thanks Giving,   $450.00 - $500.00 per night

BBQ Hire is $55.00 per week plus tax - minimal rental is one week
