This house & its location are unbelievable! If you are looking for something on the south side, it is a good choice. (I personally preferred the north side due for the lushness.) The photos of the house are truly accurate: it has 1 regular bedroom, 1 regular bathroom, plus one master bed/bath on upstairs and downstairs has a studio type apt which has another bed/bath. The deck & living room do have ocean views & it is only about 2 1/2 blocks to boogie board & another block to snorkel. Brennecke's has the BEST boogie boarding ever, but the surf break in the area is out quite a ways. The house was clean, comfortable, & the owners have refreshments & welcome snacks for you upon arrival! Due to the close proximity of other homes, you can hear next door neighbors. The only big downside was the booking company: we had a multitude of communication issues with them & much frustration, which I have not ever experienced with other booking companies (this company is not on the island, rather on the mainland- fyi). Overall, great home, but be wary of who manages the bookings.
