  The unit is spotless (at least when they hand it over to you :)) You can expect body soap, toilet paper, paper towels, all kinds of kitchenware and gadgets, loads of towels and very good air conditioning. The unit is very spacious but do not expect a backyard/patio etc. It is not near the beach but 7 mile beach is only a 5 minute drive away. It is very close to the airport which means the 2nd bedroom has some noise from the airport and road but the the other bedroom and living room are perfectly fine. I would recommend the property just for super value especially for families with small kids who need space to spread out even if they don't really need two bedrooms. Leslie and Charlie helped us with whatever we needed.

  Everything about my stay there was fantastic. It was VERY clean upon arrival. Quiet, well kept. Everything is virtually brand new. The home was stocked with everything you might need except food !!! I rented a car and could make it to Georgetown/7 Mile in about 7-8 min. Fosters Food was right across the way next to the airport, about a 1-2 min drive. Airport was about 3 min away. Very good In/Out access. Rental rate is unreal !!! VERY GOOD VALUE for what you get. I wasnt sure what to expect because sometimes photos/description are deceiving. There is no deception here. It will be more than you expect upon arrival. Being close to the airport and worried about noise? Never even noticed ... A Non issue. Would I stay again...? Already booked 2 more weeks for June 2012... Looks like we have found a gem in this place... Want to pay double or triple to stay on/at the beach? Go right ahead. Youll find me at this place !!! Thanks Leslie !!! 8-)

  This property was recommended to me by a friend as an alternative to the hit or miss Hotels in Grand Cayman which are always expensive but never necessarily good. The place is awesome, the rooms are immaculately kept and are all of a decent size. WiFi and Cable TV were also included. The property's location, while not beach front is convenient for the airport (just a few minutes drive away), George Town and Seven Mile. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, and I would highly recommenced (in fact I already have) this property to anyone looking for a vacation rental or even Hotel alternative on Grand Cayman. Do yourself a favour, if you're reading this with a view to staying on Grand Cayman, just go ahead and book this property!

  This was our third trip to Grand Cayman. We have stayed in West Bay and along Seven Mile beach the other two times. We found this location to be very convenient as it was centrally located on the island and closer to downtown/shopping, as well as the East End and Rum Point. We were never caught in any downtown cruise ship traffic, as you are situated on the by-pass around downtown. The unit is very clean and spacious. Great to make breakfast when you want in the morning, and then off to snorkel ( Smith Cove is very close ). Also great to have washer/dryer in unit.. don't have to pack as much when you leave for vacation. Although the unit is close to the airport, there was little plane noise. Leslie and Charlie are both very friendly and helped us settle into the unit. Nice touch to have lawnchairs, when you head off to the beach.. We will certainly be returning to Grand Cayman, and intend to stay with Leslie and Charlie.

  great location just a few minutes from the airport. be sure to get directions from the owner because the maps do not show this street! it's behind the texaco station on the other side of the runway. super clean and fully equipped kitchen and laundry and bathrooms. minutes from a large grocery store and downtown georgetown. nice owners. best deal on the whole island!!!

  Our stay at the property was great. It is ideal for those who are wanting to be out & about and have a comfortable, modern place to come back to. The unit was clean and well laid out. The duplex is centrally located on the island with grocery stores and restaurants within a short drive We were concerned about noise at it is not far from the airport but the air traffic noise was minimal. Positives were the two bathrooms, laundry and great living/dining area. A "nice to have" for the future would be an outdoor space to sit at for coffee in the morning. Great value and don't think anyone will be disappointed. Leslie and Charlie were great and having them next door was a plus.

  We are extremely please with our stay here at the duplex, dupex was spacious and very clean, equipped with just about everything inside the house you ever needed. Leslie and Charlie are very thoughtful for making your stay as comfortable as possible such as beach chairs, broadband WiFi and Cable TVs with just about all the major networks such as CNBC, CNN, NBC, ABC etc to keep you on top of the news back in the US. We would stay again in this duplex if we visit Cayman Island again. The Wong family

  We just came back from spending ten days here, very impressed with the house and owners. My wife and daughter loved the house, much bigger than a rental condo. The house is wonderful, clean, modern and very spacious. The kitchen is a fully equipped "American" kitchen with dishwasher and double wide refrigerator. The cental location makes it easy to get to seven mile beach , Georgetown and stingray city. The owners are great people and we plan on coming back, loved it !

  We stayed here for a few days in the beginning of February. This is a beutiful duplex in a great location, close to everything. It's in pristine condition with everything that you could think of supplied. Great sized rooms and living room / dining room area. There is no noise from traffic and it's very easy to get to and from there. Leslie and her husband were great to deal with. They went out of their way on more than one occasion to accomodate us. I highly recommend this place!

  This was a BEAUTIFUL unit. Brand new and sparkling clean. Our hosts were so helpful. We had a last minute cool travel special and I was a little worried, what a wonderful surprise. The unit is tastefully decorated, new towels, beautiful linens. What a nice time we had!!! I would definately recommend this place to anyone. Easy to get to close to everything...SUPER SUPER people to deal with. Had a fantastic time, just great.
