Condo located on Lake Hamilton, off Central Ave, approximately 1 mile south of Hwy 270 Bypass, a few blocks behind the Wal-Mart. Beautiful view of lake and of Garvin Woodland Gardens across the main channel. BBQ area, large pool in a ‘feels like’ tropical setting, plus expansive grounds w/green space and a boat ramp on the property.
The condo features 1 bedroom, 1 bath, den, and kitchen. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the den. There are ceiling fans in the den and bedroom, and there is a shared laundry facility on the property. Wireless internet access is also available.
Historic Hot Springs features numerous attractions in addition to lake living, including Historic Bathhouse Row, numerous art galleries, shops, the Magic Springs and Crystal Falls amusement park, and the Mid America Museum. Enjoy thoroughbred horse racing at Oaklawn Park from mid January thru Mid April each year.
