Welcome to your home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen, memory foam-topped beds with down comforters and 400 thread-count sheets, and a great view of Park City Mountain Resort base and White Pine golf course.
This condominium has a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar area. A spiral staircase brings you to the second floor, with two full futons (great for kids) in the loft, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a second full bathroom. This layout can easily accommodate two families comfortably.
We are on Park City's free transportation system, making a rental car unnecessary. Simply walk to the rear of the building and catch a ride to Main Street (5 minutes, or a 10 minute walk), Deer Valley (10 minutes), or the Canyons Ski Resort (10-15 minutes).
Park City is a great four season destination resort offering world class skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and mountain biking and hiking in the summer. Don't miss Sundance Film Festival and the Utah Symphony Summer Concert Series at Deer Valley.
Your local hosts will assist you in finding discount lift passes (when available) and provide you with dining and activity recommendations.

Three Minute Walk to Lifts at Park City Mountain Resort!
Year Purchased: 2009
Why the Owner Chose Snowcrest
We love Park City for its four-season recreational activities. We chose Snowcrest for its location directly across the parking lot from Park City Mountain Resort. We love that we can access skiing within three minutes, but can quickly get to Old Town Main Street for some of the best dining and nightlife in Utah. Snowcrest is also a central location to enjoy all the festivities surrounding Sundance Film Festival held each January.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Direct access to skiing, riding, hiking, and cycling. Quick walk or free shuttle ride to Old Town Main Street dining and shopping. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the golf course, or snuggle up by the fireplace and watch the snow fall on the mountains from the living room view. Snowcrest is the perfect location for a Park City ski vacation.
Owner's Map of Snowcrest
We have lived in the Midwest, on the East Coast, and in the Pacific Northwest, but have called Utah home for the past 6 years. We welcome you to our vacation home. Once you're here, it's easy to see why we would have a difficult time leaving Utah.

This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure I got around to writing it so others could benefit from it. My family (wife + 2 young boys) stayed here in March '11 as a last minute surprise ski trip. Being from the desert (Arizona) my kids had never skied or seen snow before so they were really looking forward to going to Park City. Once we got to the condo they were absolutely in heaven. The accomodations are great and, as the notes indicate, my kids loved the loft. The condo is literally right across the street from the base of Park City Mountain so my kids were super excited to immdiately check the mountain out from the great balcony. The condo easily accomodated our family of four and would have still been fine if we had a couple of friends with us. It was easy and convenient to make our own breakfast/lunch/dinner in the kitchen or take the short trip (walk or ride) into the heart of town for a special family dinner out. Picking up groceries or finding a restaurant was all very easy and convenient. I also have to mention that we had an unfortunate accident during our trip when my wife broke her leg skiing. Our hosts, the Powells, couldn't have been any more accomodating to our situation. Even if the condo wasn't as great as it really is I would still return in a second due to their generosity. With that being said, we're hoping that my wife's leg is fully healed in a few months so we can return to PC and this great condo. The kids have already started asking if it's time to go back to Park City and the cool condo!!

Our group stayed at this condo during the first weekend of Sundance, and it was PERFECT. The location is amazing: a short walk to Main Street, central to all the screening rooms, right next to a 7-11 and a Starbucks, across the street from a day spa, and a short drive to The Last Samurai teppenyaki. The hot tub was sublime even at 2am on a snowy day, and the sleeping accommodations are ample for 8 people. The owners are UNBELIEVABLY KIND AND HELPFUL. We could not have been happier with our choice to stay there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ALL AROUND!!!

We had an amazing first weekend at Sundance, and that was due in a large part to choosing the right place to stay. This condo is close to the center of the action, just a short walk to Main St., but not so close where you get caught up in the congestion. The slopes are literally right outside the back patio, so for anyone looking to ski/snowboard you couldn't be in a more convenient place. Starbucks is a two minute walk so you can start your day off right. While all of the location details above matter, the condo is just as amazing inside. We slept 8 people very comfortably. The beds are great, the bathrooms are nice, and the layout of the condo is very conducive to a fun weekend getaway with people you love. To top it all off, the hot tub is amazing. I won't rent a condo at a ski resort if a hot tub is not available, so I am very picky. This hot tub is OUTSTANDING. It is HUGE, and the perfect temperature-- not so hot where you have to get out 10 minutes after arriving, but perfect to warm your chilled bones after a day on the slopes. We went on three different evenings and there was never another person in sight-- it felt like our own private oasis. There is a really nice heated pool too, but we didn't use that. Parking is really easy with a big public lot in front of the building. All in all a great weekend. Amy was incredible to work with-- anything we needed she addressed in no time. Can't recommend this place enough. When we are pack in Park City, she is the first call I will make. Thanks so much for a great weekend!

Great for a Family in the Winter and Summer

Park City is a fun place to take a family and this condo is at a great location! You can sit in the condo and watch tricks on the half pike at Park City ski resort and watch x-country skiiers skate by at White Pine cross country ski area at the same time. You can literally walk across the street and be down hill skiing one day and across the street x-country skiing the next on a beautifully groomed, nearly flat trail system. The condo itself sleeps a lot of people. At one time we had two married couples, a nanny and two kids. It is right on a few bus lines and you can get every where you want to go within minutes. You do not need a car, even if you plan to ski at Deer Valley and Canyons. Our young girls enjoyed story time at the Library and making pottery down at Red Stone. Besides skiing there is a lot to do with children such as tubbing, sleigh rides, story time, x-country skiing, a fun pool at the local sports club with a small lazy river and water slide, and fun resturants. There is a hot tub and pool at the condo. I can only imagine the mountian biking and hiking in the summer is a ton of fun! There are also fun kid activities in Park City ski resort during the summer such as a zip line and a roller coaster of sorts. The condo itself is stocked with lots of things to make the trip easier. We have stayed in some condos where you have to buy sugar, syrup, washing detergent, and the like. This condo is stocked with tons of condiments, a rice cooker, shampoo and detergent. The linens are nice. Note it is on the third floor, which really did not bother us even with a Chariot jog stroller which we kept locked on the first floor. If we had been on the first floor the view would not have been so good! We loved it and plan to go back every year!

One of our best vacations in years was possible because we stayed in this condo. The location is great as you can walk across the Park City Mountain Resort parking lot to the chair lifts, walk across the street to nordic ski on the golf course, and watch the snowboarders on the halfpipe directly from the condo.T he main grocery store is just a couple blocks away and the condo is directly on several bus lines that arrive frequently. Not having to rent a car allowed us to save hundreds of dollars (there are plenty of shuttles from the SLC airport). The condo has two private bedrooms plus additional sleeping space in the loft and living room. It is unusual, but much appreciated, to have luxury bedding and linens. We highly recommend renting this condo.
