Exquisitely furnished home with spectacular golf coarse location overlooking 9th fairway. Immaculate 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 2200 square feet with open floor plan. Every room is custom decorated. The living area is extended with a spacious 42' x 14' covered Lanai.
Home was remodeled and updated in 2008. New kitchen with custom maple cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Master bath includes walk-in shower with glass blocks and Jacuzzi tub.
Lake Jovita is located in Dade City and is approximately 40 minutes north of Tampa International Airport and 90 minutes west of Orlando Airport. Tourist attractions nearby include Busch Gardens, 30 minutes; Disney World 90 minutes; Beaches 45 minutes away.
This resort-like community offers two 18 hole golf courses, 4-clay tennis courts, Jr. Olympic-sized swimming pool, fitness center(Fees apply for use), Pro shop, Restaurant and Bar. Tennis Pro and Personal Trainers available.

This home in Lake Jovita was everything we had hoped it to be. It was super clean, well decorated, with a wonderful floor plan. The view in the back of the home was lovely, golf course and lake included. All the amenities were in this home as needed and more. Nearby Dade City is quaint and we would recommend The Garden Café for lunch- a great sandwich/soup/salad restaurant with fresh food and indoor/outdoor seating (Large salad portions!). This is truly a 5 star place. The house, view, golfing, and atmosphere were excellent. We stayed a week and loved every second of our time. Anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, pleasant and fun time will truly relish a stay at this property. The amenities of the property are excellent. The golf experience is wonderful and the evening views terrific. Peaceful is a word that sums up a stay here.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

It has been by far the best vacation I have taken. The serenity of Lake Jovita is unbelievable. Felt so at home and i wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. The property was kept to the highest standards. A home away from home. The landscape was breath taking and relaxing. The house was the most immaculate rental property I have ever rented. Even though we are not golfers. We look forward to spending time at Lake Jovita in the future. The owner provided us with lots of information and destinations. I am so looking forward to renting the property again for my birthday in May 2013. I would definately recommend this property to friends and relatives. THE PROPERTY WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A FAMILY RESIDING AT LAKE JOVITA. IT WAS WELL DESIGNED PHYSICALLY, POSSESSED OF ATTRACTIVE AND PRACTICAL FURNITURE IN ALL ROOMS AND ON THE LANAI (PORCH). TV SETS IN THE LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BED ROOM WERE MODERN AND IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. THE PROPERTY WAS PAINTED (SEEMINGLY FRESHLY PAINTED) IN COLORATION THAT WAS PLEASING AND VERY RESTFUL. WE HAD OCCASION TO CALL THE OWNER FOR ONE ADJUSTMENT. THE RESPONSE WAS IMMEDIATE. WE WERE PLEASED ALL AROUND.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This place is exactly as advertised on the 9th fairway of Lake Jovita South, approx 150 yards from the clubhouse. The house and amenities are top notch. There is no golf cart, but you really don't need one. This is not a touist area, so there are no crowds or costumed characters at the local restaurants and shopping. My husband and I spent 10 glorious days in this wonderful house. We felt like royalty in the surroundings. It had everything we needed and more! It is a golfer's paradise - got 9 rounds in. When we weren't golfing we could sit on the lanai and watch others and enjoy the scenery. There are some good restaurants within driving range, we especially like the Mexican place in nearby San Antonio. This was our 3rd year at Lake Jovita and this was the nicest place we have stayed in. We would recommend it to anyone and hope to return again.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My husband and I rented this beautiful home on the 9th hole in Lake Jovita in Oct 2010. We were very very pleased with the beautifully maintained home, felt like we were guest stars in a 5 star luxury hotel! Loved the ability to have breakfast on patio and watch all the golfers go by. Very easy transaction, and a lovely lovely home. Will contacts owners in future if we are in the area. Definitely would rent again!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

We loved our week at this beautiful home located in a quite gated golf community just west of Dade City. The view of the golf course and lake from the back of the house is stunning, especially in the morning as the sun rises. It is spacious, well furnished, very clean and stylishly decorated. Carol is wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. We highly recommend this home for people who want to be close to everything, but not be in the middle of all the hustle of Tampa and Orlando. We would definitely stay here again. It's a great home!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Hi Carol. I couldn't find a place to add our comments about the house...Here goes: This is a well-maintained,top of the line property in a great location. We enjoyed the sandhill cranes outside our window and the view of the golf course lake and fountain. I recommend its quiet beauty to anyone visiting the Tampa/Dade City area.
