The Blackrock Condominiums are adjacent to the magnificent 27-hole Sunbrook Golf Course, just minutes off of I-15. This course is one of Dixie's best. Some very challenging, memorable holes are found on this 27 hole layout: the Woodbridge nine has the island green (#4) and its signature Woodbridge hole (#5); the Pointe nine has its signature Pointe hole (#5) that will draw you off the tee; and lastly, the Blackrock nine has four difficult holes surrounded by Black Lava Rock. Your vacation will be spent in unit #63, which looks out West over the ninth fairway of this section.

We with many in our extended family visit St. George every Easter. We love the weather, and the beautiful desert scenery. There is nothing to us as peaceful and soothing as the serenity of the Southern Utah desert!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
You will be on a wonderful 27 hole championship golf course, and very near several spectacular recreation areas, including Zion National Park, Red Cliffs Recreation Area, Snow Canyon State Park, and Quail Creek and Sand Hollow reservoirs. Minutes off I-15, and just an hour and a half away from skiing to the north (Brian Head) or Vegas to the South!

We are frequent users of VBRO. The owners are great to work with. They have given their attention to every detail of the property. The condo is first class in amenities, yet so very comfortable. We visit St. George annually for the Huntsman Games, and love this side of town. Beautiful views, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, Tuacahn, and Snow Canyon. We hope to return next year. Do not hesitate to stay at this property.

This condo is in pristine condition. The view to the back of the golf course is beautiful. The indoor and outdoor heated pool was extra nice. Some pools aren't heated nor have the indoor option. The owners were very quick to reapond to phone calls and E-mails and friendly to rent from. I give my visit a five star luxury stay.

My husband and I stay at the Black Rock Condos each time we travel to St. George. We have stayed in several of the units here, but after staying in this condo, we refuse to stay anywhere else. This condo is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are top of the line and the unit is always impeccably clean. From the gorgeous kitchen upgrades to the patio that overlooks the golf course, this condo is phenomenal. If you have never experienced a steam shower, you are in for an amazing experience. If you are looking for a luxurious condo, look no further.

We had an opportunity to stay at this lovely condo for a month and were more that pleased to find that is was not only as advertised but even better. The housekeeping service that was provided was amazing and the owners were gracious in making sure that as visitors we were made aware of all there was to do, see and eat in St George. We would not hesitate to recommend these accomadations to anyone and look forward to returning for our next Utah vacation.

I feel that Tracy & Sandy are old friends that we found after losing track of each other, we're not, but that's how we were treated right from the start, all our questions were answered, all our worries were taken care of, we arrived at the condo and it was perfect, just like they said. The beds were comfy, the living room cozy, the kitchen perfect and the steam shower to die for, especially after a day on the ball diamonds at the senior games. The balcony overlooking the golf course was great in the shady afternoon and the barby was put to good use. It was a beautiful place to stay , the only problem was two weeks was not enough.
