This home is near the famous Boulders Resort & Golf Course and features the finest finishes & furnishings including plush pillow top beds, formal dining, gourmet chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances, huge BBQ, 4-car garage, sparkling heated pool & spa, 500 bottle Wine Cellar, 2nd full entertaining kitchen and family room & more!
The kitchen is equipped with table settings for 14 people, eat-in counter bar for watching the chef prepare dinner, two sinks, two ovens, spice cupboard and staples to get you started on your gourmet dinner. A gas BBQ grill enhances your cooking choices in addition to a well stocked pantry of cookware.
The 6 bedrooms have fine linens, extra pillows for your comfort and TVs to watch your favorite shows. All en suite bathrooms provide hairdryers, toiletries and plush bath towels. Bedrooms are configured as follows:

Watch for coyotes, deer, javelinas and roadrunners. Two other patios have cushy chairs, tables and a fire pit to sit around and talk over the days activities.
Some baby equipment is available: pack 'n play, toddler bed, high chair, stroller, and car seat. Board games, movie videos and some children toys are also provided.
Like shopping? We are a short drive to Kierland Commons, Desert Ridge Shopping Center and Scottsdale Fashion Square. Westworld, the site of many annual major events, is also nearby. Tee times are available at challenging golf courses including Troon North GC, Boulders GC, JW Marriott Wildfire GC, Rancho Manana GC plus many more in the vicinity. Enjoy western restaurants, bars and shopping in the towns of Cave Creek and Carefree. If hiking is your interest there are many wonderful trails in the area.

A group of 9 of us from U.K had booked a 7 Day Trip to play golf in the Phoenix area. We were looking for a large place to stay in that could accommodate all of us. This was the perfect place. We stayed in the house during Thanksgiving week of 2010. The house is absolutely amazing - the pictures do not do it justice. We had three generations in the house (8 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 6 months to 6 years) and had room to spare. Beautiful setting on Black Mountain, close to trails for hiking, steps from the great restaurants in Cave Creek. We will be back for sure.

Our stay was for 8 guys on a golfing trip. The home exceeded all of our expectations and was a perfect set up for our trip. STOCKED home with BBQ, pool, Hot tub, etccc Fantastic attention from owner. Anyone renting this house will be very satisfied.

My entire family so enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. It was perfect for our family vacation. There were 15 of us ranging from grandkids to grandparents and parents in between. This house is amazing, because it is someone's home. The owners take great care not only of their home but also their guests. Everything about it was perfect for our family - from the layout of the house to the area where the house was located to the amenities. We look forward to visiting again!

Fabulous home with great amenities. Owner was very helpful, greeting us at the start of the week and available for any assistance. Kitchen was user friendly with basic necessities available for use. We used condiments and purchased replacements. Furnishings modern and up-to-date with very comfortable bedding. Home is not in the commercial or crowded residential area with a true Arizona desert atmosphere. Great walking area. Local restaurants and grocery stores close by with travel to Scottsdale less than 40 minutes away. Easy access to major golf courses - TPC, Troon North, and Boulders. The house was fabulous and met all of our expectations. The furnishings were great, up-to-date and the bedding was very comfortable. The owner greeted us, gave us a tour of the home, and was available at anytime we needed him. The house was in a perfect location in North Scottsdale. A true Arizona experience in the desert, isolated and away from the commercial areas. Travel to Scottsdale was convenient, being in the mainstream in less than 40 minutes. Easy access to all major golf courses - Boulders, TPC, Troon North, and We-ko-pa. Fabulous local restaurants close by. A group of Auburn college friends had a great week in the house celebrating the Auburn Tigers national championship. War Eagle.

We stayed here for a family gather with folks coming from all parts of the country for our celebration! Everyone fell in love with the house and Barney, the owner could not have been nicer to us if we were family. The decor is perfect. The kitchen had everything you would need! I won't bring so much next time! Shopping and restaurants are close by. We were close to McDonald Ranch where we went horse back riding. The home was immaculate, which is very important to me! The sunrise over the mountains each morning is breath taking. We have been to Sonoma and Napa many times and been in some nice wine rooms. The wine room in this home would fit right in. The steam room was great to relax in. I didn't find the griddle on the stove until close to the end of our stay which saved me a lot of time when I made pancakes for our grandsons. We can't wait to go back for our 33rd anniversary, grandson's 3rd birthday and our newest grandson who was born in the Scotsdale hospital the day before we departed the house, will turn 1 next year!! Thank you Barney for allowing us to stay in your vacation home! We really felt at home!

The place is exactly how the description and pictures depict it. The rental company as well as the home owners are great, and extremely helpful with various recommendations. All rooms are of a good size (especially that master bedroom) and even with our large group, we never felt crowded in any way. I would highly recommend this rental.

We were 11 women (between ages of 42-48) on an annual girl's trip and we had a fabulous time!!! there was plenty of room and very comfortable accomodations. The bathrooms are huge! lot's of counter space and lots of mirrors...perfect for women. We spent most our time during the day by the pool...shade comes around by about 3pm....just in time for happy hour!!. One day we spent at the Boulders resort Golden Door Spa which is less than a mile away. We also had a private chef come one night and make a fabulous dinner with 4 courses and wine pairing (Carrie Jeffries from Bistro-a-go-go)...she was amazing!! we started with our first course, appetizers and wine in the wine room....great ambiance! I highly recommend this property!!
